The cabin was great. We loved how cozy it was. Also it was secluded which was great. We enjoyed it very much. We were a little confused regarding the bath tub in that little area. It would make a great kitchen area. But other than that is was great

Absolutely zero complaints! Not only did this little cabin have everything we needed, it's also SO BEAUTIFUL!! The story of its creation is wonderful. You can see just how much love was put into the structure and decor. Another great thing about this cabin is how far away from external distractions it is. It's secluded, private, and surrounded by the wonderful Texas Hill Country, perfect for those seeking a nice getaway from loud city noise. And it does all this without sacrificing luxuries like wifi and a smart TV, which we appreciated! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the future. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Super quaint, quiet and lovely property. It is just the right amount of removed from the noise without the arduous journey. It had everything for my family-of-four’s easy stay. Beautiful scenery and a plethora of stars at night!If one is in the area (Fredericksburg, Comfort - itself a fun, small town) we can highly recommend Dad’s Cabin!

The accommodations were fine for the most part. There was a hole in the wall behind the futon that needs to be fixed but wasn’t actually a problem. We were really looking forward to using the big beautiful bathtub but the water pressure was so poor we would never have been able to fill it with warm water. Otherwise it was comfortable enough for a 2 day stay.

Great little cabin in the middle of the hill country. 40 minutes from Fredericksburg. I recommend going to Old Tunnel State Park down the road and seeing the bats come out.
