It boasts four comfortable bedrooms with private baths and sleeps 12 lucky guests—just steps from the beach and all the popular events, restaurants, and shopping at Gulf Place.

The open floor plan creates connectivity and flows through the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. Oceans 11 is an especially simple place, with clean lines, fresh white, and light gray surfaces. It has just the right amount of color pop to set off the interior and feels very coastal overall with dark blue accents, wicker, and distressed painted wood. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room flanked by two soft armchairs and a cozy couch to plop down on after a long day at the beach.

The dining area boasts an 8-top table with highbacked chairs, looking onto the grey granite countertops in the kitchen. Modern stainless steel appliances round out the accouterments at your disposal for your seafood feast and there is even a gas grill out back for BBQ. Everything in this home is about convenience. The bedroom on this floor features a king bed and a marble-finished shower.

The primary bedroom upstairs is accompanied by two other guest bedrooms, and all feature private bathrooms and present a strong beach cottage vibe. Bright whites and crisp linen surfaces feel fresh day or night in all of the rooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private balcony. There is a queen bed and new tub/shower combo in the first guest room, whereas the second is way more kid-focused with bunks for 4!

Just steps from Santa Rosa Beach's Gulf Place town center, Oceans 11 is in the perfect location, close enough to the beach for a day in the sand, yet far enough to enjoy some private time with your family and friends. Walkable options for dining include Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. There are tons of quaint boutiques, art galleries, and rentable adventures here. Summer and holidays bring out the crowds to all manner of events here. Oceans 11 is smack dab in the heart of it all on 30A.
