This stunning two-story retreat enjoys an unbeatable location on a tree-lined street close to all the fabulous attractions of Seaside, yet far enough away from the crowds to allow for a quiet evening with family and friends. Another great perk of this location is the beach access, which is located right next to Eastern Lake. You will get to take advantage of the beach and the lake at the same time, which is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming.

Laid-back Seagrove is a beach neighborhood that locals and guests love. Discover upscale boutiques, casual cafes, two rare coastal dune lakes, a state park, and sugar-white sand, which has been a peaceful retreat in South Walton for decades. Just a short walk away you can find a family-owned local favorite, Old Florida Fish House, where you can enjoy live entertainment and delicious dining.

Upon entering this beach charmer, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Spread out comfortably in the beautifully decorated living room boasting an inviting sofa, two chairs, a seagrass rug, and a TV. The open kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island that adds extra dining seats to the adjoining dining table. Pack as light as you would like thanks to the walk-in laundry room with a washer/dryer that is off of the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements on this level include two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a spacious main suite with a TV, a desk, and an en suite bath with a walk-in closet. The second floor contains two bedrooms and a family room with a TV. The first bedroom has two spacious beds while the second bedroom has two bunk beds.

As for outdoor living, Southern Comfort sits on an oversized lot with plenty of room in the yard for kids to play, host summertime barbecues with the gas grill provided, and enjoy the outdoors. The home also has a screened porch with plenty of comfortable seating. Additional perks include central AC.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
