The property was beautiful. Small things could be updated but for the price and location, it was perfection for our family of 4. We saved this location and will be back!

Very pleased with our stay! We ate most of our meals at the condo, which is very well equipped, so it was perfect for our needs. Wish the elevator air conditioning had been working at this tower during our stay but it’s summer and things can’t always be helped! The maintenance crew quickly remedied the A/C issue in the condo for us the second day and it was nice and cool for the remainder of our vacation.

Gorgeous views, clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only 2 minor issues were you’d have to jiggle the handle of the master bathroom toilet to get it to quit running sometimes and the oven settings are very hard to see as the little display lights are very dim. But I wouldn’t take any stars off the review because of them and they weren’t bothersome enough to call for maintenance.

View was great, but several areas within the condo need improvement such as uncomfortable couches/chair, all bed mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable, low water pressure in the master shower, and the toilet needs replacing in the master as the water continued to run in it.

The condo was clean and had wonderful views. Luxury Coastal does a great job with the condos they manage. My only suggestions are to add a K-cup style coffee maker and to update or deep clean the washer and dryer, as the effects of moisture/humidity were noticeable.

Great place, to get away!

Very nice, comfortable place. Well supplied to "move in" and relax. Great security features and a nice quiet location far from the crowds! A few minor things, like a horribly squeaky creaky bed in the master bedroom, but all in all I loved the place. I certainly would recommend it to anyone wanting a more tranquil experience.

Beautiful Condo

This Condo was fabulous. The decor was lovely and personal. I can tell a lot of love and thought went into the care of the condo. It felt like home away from home. And the views were phenomenal. I loved watching the pelicans fly by and the sound of the surf lulled me to sleep every night. I’ll definitely rebook this condo the next time I come to Perdido Key.

Wonderful views!

This condo was even better in person. My favorite part was the views out every window and the covered balcony. Condo was clean and had everything you needed. King sized bed was firm but that is what we like. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat there. Easy check in & management company checked in on us even allowing us early access since it was ready. We hope to be back next year!

Magical

I don't know if I've ever been so relaxed. The condo is clean, lovely, spacious, and with floor to ceiling views of the beach. I watched every sunrise over the Gulf from the balcony and went to bed to the sound of the waves with the window cracked open. It's a short beach walk to Florabama where my husband and I enjoyed appetizers and drinks at sunset. It was a magical vacation and I can not wait to get back.

Fantastic location, super clean, great balcony

The location can’t be beat! Future guests note the key is an old style and understanding the elevator code was not intuitive. We would have preferred a modern keypad instead of physical key. Also no coffee/filters nor any basics (no salt/pepper/oil) for cooking so definitely need to grocery shop. However, the place was absolutely spotless, very safe, nice pool and BEACH FRONT. Awesome patio as well.
