This was the best view we’ve ever had at a condo in this area. It’s definitely the selling point of this unit. The furnishings and fixtures in this condo are tired, dated, and need some maintenance. The master bath tub is stained and unpleasant to look at. The master toilet runs after flushing. There is no disposal in the kitchen which is inconvenient for cooking. There is ample seating in the den. The beds in the second bedroom are just simple metal frames. Overall the unit needs updating badly. However, the view! Loved the view!

Great Location!

This location was perfect. Views from the living room and balcony were amazing! Beach was quieter than others close to us, which was a plus. We enjoyed the condo, as it was roomy and clean. We would stay here again!

A little disappointed in the unit. The furniture in the picture in living room was not all in the condo. The tub in one bathroom had stains in it. The fixture in the master tub needs to be replaced. The freezer door leaked with the ice maker and we could not use it.

Astonishing views

This condo is perfect and you have a magnificent view from pretty much everywhere! Literally, you can sit on the commode and watch dolphins jumping haha It was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Beds are comfy. Dishes/cups are well stocked and practical, which is a huge plus for families with children. Regular 12 cup coffee pot and keurig are both available (because we wondered). Beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. Owners were staying in the unit next door (they own 15A and 15B) and she was super nice. We plan to return.
