Three bedroom comfortable house opens up to 110 acre nature preserve and close to coast!
Walk out the back doors and enjoy the beautiful views. Go for a hike on the trails or a mountain bike ride around Lake Calaveras. There are stairs leading directly to trails from the back of house. The house also come stocked with double kayak, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed in this property for 4 days, during Spring break. This is very close to Legoland and Carlsbad flower fields. Quite a drive to San Diego. Very quiet neighborhood. House is big and neat. Pictures won't do the right justification. We had a good time.

House is located on a property that backs up to trails & beautiful green space.

The house is located in Oceanside, easy access to local beaches. Encinitas, Delmar and Legoland are not far. A couple of unexpected ammenity items came up, dishwasher did not drain & dead batteries in the HVAC thermostat. Kerri was easy to reach.

beautiful property

so beautiful! 5 star experience. host was super kind and friendly, the home was beautiful, with a beautiful view from the back yard. very safe feeling neighborhood, security gate felt private. my only con: walking around with bare feet on the hard floors, our feet turned black like walking on a garage floor. other than the floors, everything was very clean!

Oceanside stay

Great location. Lots of room for 6. Easy check in. Quick response when we had a question. Bedroom floor was dirty. Barbecue was dirty and didn’t work, outside patio had a beautiful view but lots of cob webs and hadn’t been swept before check in and outside refrigerator was dirty. Easy access to freeway and quiet neighborhood. Trail outside the back yard was great.

Perfect stay for two families

This house is perfect! We were two families with a total of 4 kids and this house was perfect. The layout of the house is great for two families. Large suite on second floor with separate room that was perfect as a kids room and own bathroom.Other two bedrooms on ground floor with bathroom. Kitchen had essentials, water jug, living room blankets. This home is perfect for those looking for a quiet and relaxing time. House backs right up to Calavera trails that go on forever. Due to the weather we weren’t able to explore too much, but what we did get to explore was great. Lots of birds to watch from the windows to keep the kids entertained. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this perfect house!

All around beautiful

The home is very beautiful and decorated nicely. Huge garage with washer dryer unit! Bedrooms are cute and worked well for my family. The view is amazing and absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and local places are great. Great location. The host was very responsive and helpful from before booking and during. Must stay location

Great Stay!

We stayed the weekend here for a wedding nearby in Carlsbad, and this was perfect for our group of 8. A quick drive away from Carlsbad and had plenty of space and beds for us all to feel comfortable. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering any questions we had about our stay. Would definitely recommend!
