Absolutely beautiful!

Pictures do not do this place justice! The kitchen is stunning with beautiful granite counters, accent lighting, and new appliances. The views of sunsets over the Gulf and Tigertail Beach and lagoon from the wrap-around balcony were stunning! It is well-equipped with cooking essentials and even has beach chairs and shelling bags for use at the beach. The check-in process was smooth and communication with Kathy, the owner, and Monte, the property manager was great. We appreciated that Kathy made her beautiful home available to us and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a sunny getaway!

Beautiful views!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The complex is very large but this unit is absolutely perfect. It is equipped with the basics and decorated beautifully. The views are amazing with gorgeous sunsets every night and the unobstructed views facing towards the north are so peaceful. The view overlooking the lagoon is very unique. Most importantly you are not looking into another tower! The walk to the beach is long but not a problem. The beach is beautiful and the shelling is very good. I would highly recommend this unit and would love to come back again.

Nice sunsets. Clean. Bed very comfortable

Everything was great. Just one issue. We used the pull cart that had 2 great fold up chairs and umbrella. We walked about 2 miles to get away from crowd. Had coolers packed, ready to spend the whole day. The umbrella in the cart was broken. To far to walk back. Just need a new umbrella. Only complaint. Nice condo!

We loved the quietness of the area and the access to Tiger Tail Beach. It was a beautiful view. The condo has a lot of little things you didn't know you needed.

The property is in a great location. With a wrap around deck you have views in multiple directions. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely no complaints.

Great place

This was perfect winter getaway for family! The pool and grounds were great and close proximity to tigertail beach made it convenient for shelling. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing! It is a bit of a walk to the beach but it is a beautiful walk on wide open sand! Would stay here again, was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location!

My wife and I stayed at this location for 2 weeks and loved every minute! This was a clean, updated residence with amazing views! The accommodations were outstanding, and we made use of the pool and pickle ball courts. The staff was top-notch and the neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful stay !

Very well equipped condo with a truly spectacular view on water, especially at sunset. We appreciated relaxing on the balcony and the walk to the beach. The host and her property manager have been very responsive. We highly recommend.

Spring getaway

We had a wonderful week in Kathryn's condominium! The unit was well-appointed and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed having an end unit which enhanced our sunrise and sunset views and gave us the extra space we needed having two 25 year olds working from home. As tennis players, we loved the convenience of the tennis courts (which were always available as everyone else was enjoying one of 12 pickle ball courts on property). The pool was a little busy since it was spiring break, but we were always able to find a chair. The beach was beautiful and a short walk from the pool. Everyone in the building was so friendly! The laundry room was immaculate and very close to the condo. I would highly recommend this property!

Doubt you can do better

We stayed in 903 for most of Jan and Feb 2023 and loved it. Unit was better than described in Kathy's listing and previous reviews. Unit is surprisingly large (due to windows and balconies), modern, clean and well equipped. Kathy and Monti were very helpful and responsive. Large wrap-around balcony and smaller second balcony off kitchen need special mention because they allow one to get out of the wind and sun, if desired. Another desirable feature is the north-facing view of Tigertail Beach park, rather than view of adjacent buildings and noisy pool. Only shortcoming was lack of washer/dryer in unit, which seems common in Marco. Laundry down the hall worked out OK though.

Late Winter Vacation

We've been staying at Southseas Northwest on Marco Island most years since the late 90's. Never been disappointed. Communication with the owner was great but with the property manager could be improved.

Spring break 2021

Beautiful views from this unit! The kitchen and bathrooms were decently updated. The walk to the beach was quite far, but we burned more calories doing it. It was well worth it being on the corner with the spectacular view of Tigertail Beach.

Perfect location !!!

Loved watching the sunset from the wraparound balcony. There was abundant light from the many windows in the condo. My family loved walking to Doreen's for breakfast and to Tiger-tail beach.

Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Weather was fantastic! Unit was dated but clean and had a great view - great shelling location! Construction noise from unit nearby was annoying but thankfully they finished using air hammer after the first few days. Owners were very easy to work with and offered suggestions of nearby activities.

This condo has been in my family since it was built in the early 1980s. We have always loved coming here for the beauty of the area. My husband and I bought it from my parents in 2012. In 2015, we did a complete renovation and makeover. The condo is now an absolute jewel. We are very happy to share it with you when it is not being used by family. You will go home with wonderful family memories of your stay on Marco Island.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

As a corner unit, our condo is full of windows and light. Great views of the water can be seen from every room. We are the last condo before Tigertail Beach giving you an unimpeded view all the way to Naples.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo is located in the most northern facing building - you have peace and quiet with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Most of the condos don't offer this - hey come with a view of the HOA pool area, which can be noisy at times.
