Overall, we had a decent stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and having the apartment on the first floor made it very convenient, especially for loading and unloading our belongings. That said, there were a few cleanliness and comfort issues that I think should be addressed. The washer and dryer had a noticeable buildup of lint and visible dirt inside, the air vents were dusty and appeared to need cleaning, and the mattress had visible stains. The master bed was also quite uncomfortable, and the mattress topper constantly slid around throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Only complaint is the thin walls. Neighbors upstairs up at 5:45a banging around. Location is good. I was worried about being so close to the elevators but didn’t hear it at all. Would stay again

Good location.

Good location with convenient access on ground level. Not fully ideal for multiple small kids as the mattress on the top bunk was too tall, but overall, a nice, clean unit.
