This 3-bedroom cabin is located on a cul-de-sac. It features a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a brand-new billiard table and a "multi-cade" arcade cabinet. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs for up to 10 guests. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk in shower, and there is a full bathroom in the hallway. And there is an additional single unit with a full bathroom downstairs for an additional 4 guest.
The space
The cabin is located on 2.5 acres and is adjacent to BLM federal land. This location is a hikers and earth enthusiast paradise.
The cabin has a wraparound driveway that leads to the car port and ramp for easy access to the deck. Plenty of flat land to park multiple vehicles, RV's and boats.
The cabin has a wraparound deck, full gated area for pets and an outdoor patio with a mini refrigerator.
There is also a gazebo with a picnic table.
The cabin is 4 minutes from Lake Isabella, 5 minutes to the Kern River, and 6 minutes from Vons Supermarket.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the cabin and land.

There is plenty of wildlife. Very private and peaceful.
