Long weekend visiting family in Pensacola

We enjoyed our stay; however, when we walked in it smelled musty and we had concerns of mold.

Enjoyable vacation. Great location.

We found this location to be well maintained and in very good condition. The unit had everything we needed. Took us a little bit to figure out how to use the TV but that's mostly due to our inexperience with streaming. The beach area was clean and uncrowded. Wish the pool could have been warmer, but this was the first week in April (there was always the hot tub) Liked the gated security situation and the location away from the "downtown" crowds. Would come back to this location in the future.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed staying at the condo. We had a view of the beach and the bay from the balcony. The place was very clean and we were provided packets of needed soaps, etc., that were just right. We went two times across the street to Peg Leg Pete’s which we highly recommend. It was a great location and we would stay there again.

Awesome Stay!

Our first time staying in a VRBO and our first time visiting Pensacola. The vacation was perfect, the room was perfect, the pool was perfect, and the ocean was perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Second time at Sans Souci

This is our second stay at the Sans Souci condos. We enjoy the direct beach access, balconies to see the beautiful views and it’s across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s! Great deal for the price!

We love San Souci. This is not our favorite unit since is does not look directly out on the gulf but to the east. It is still a nice unit.

Great unit and wonderful vacation

Great location, amazing beach

Everything was good. Definitely needs a new coffee maker. The property could use cleaning. Windows filthy and many Cobb webs in elevator area. Other then that it was a great place to stay and definitely will be back.

Perfect Family Stay

Sans Souci is our family’s go-to location to stay when in Pensacola Beach because of the safety of the hated property, wonderful onsite pool and hot tub, beach access without having to cross streets, and convenience to our fave restaurant Peg Leg Petes and to the Via de Luna strip. The condo was clean & perfect size for the family, and we received the fastest help with an AC issue which immediately was fixed and management kept in touch to make sure all continued to go well afterward. Really appreciated the communication and wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was absolutely perfect! Right on the sand and across the street from peg leg petes and a small convenience store. The only thing we had a problem with was the floors....they are DIRTY! The floors and rugs need desperately to be cleaned. We would take our shoes off as soon as we come in the door and within just a few minutes of walking around barefoot all our feet would be solid black on the bottom. Other than that the place was absolutely perfect. Beach access was SO easy which is great with a 5 year old.

Overall good experience

The check in process is great but there are some things needing improvement. First off the listing was not accurate in my opinion. It stated gulf front which indicated that I would be facing the gulf. However the condo was on the side of the building not the back so only half the view was gulf. It was equally the parking lot, sound side, and the strip. I was under the impression I was booking a full gulf view and when I texted the property management line about it, I received no response. The things that are provided were great however, the toilet paper and trash bags were barely enough for 5 people for 3 days. 3 very small rolls for 5 people (3 teenagers) not enough. The door out to the balcony sticks and there were some very sketch looking spots on the railing that were not secure. The front door also did not close securely unless pushed forcefully closed. We also saw two roaches during our stay (which I understand with it being Florida) Lastly, check out being 10am instead of a standard 11am with a $200 late check out fee is a little ridiculous considering the prices we are paying per night plus fees. The location of the property itself is wonderful and if I had the view I thought I was getting I think it would have been even better. The property is gated which was lovely. The boardwalk and beach access with rinse off station were great.
