Righ on the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Sans Sochi, right on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony! Nice watching the sunsets on the beach and then relaxing in the hot tub!

Anniversary Stay

Perfect location for us! We loved our stay. Right on the beach and their pool is nice. The unit is dated so if that bothers you this place isn’t for you. But we loved it and would come back anytime!!

Vacation for 2

The second time we stayed at this property and we love how convenient it is to the beach and it’s not crowded. We got to explore some more of the good food and definitely look forward to staying again and even more special. We got to see the blue angels fly over one afternoon.

Condo is in need of major updating, mattresses are old and lumpy , furniture needs to be replaced, rust in drop ceiling tiles, not sure why there is a drop ceiling thru out felt like an office, balcony rail needs tightening, best thing was the view and location..

Great location. Falsely advertised second bedroom

Very nice location and building. Unit was dated but clean...excluding rug. The second bed was advertised as a queen but was a double. This was not corrected for us and made for uncomfortable sleep for second couple. We were told the website listing has been corrected We would not have rented this unit had the bed been properly disclosed

Emergency Trip!

The condo was just as we expected it to be! We were able to book fast which helped us out a lot as this was an emergency trip! Clean, A/C was cold, beds were comfortable…no complaints at all! View was fantastic! Would definitely stay again! The communication with the property manger was excellent! We were even able to check in early!

Family Vacation 2024

This was our second time taking our sun to the beach, but our first time in Pensacola. He’s been asking to go back since we came home. The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of towels for our stay. The check in process was easy and they kept us updated along the way with emails in the months before our stay. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!!

Great place for families

This is a great property for families/groups of four to six people. The view from the top floor was incredibly and access to the beach from the building is great. The location is convenient to many great restaurants, outdoor activities, and other attractions. Check-in was a breeze, communication was great, and the property was exactly as described. I highly recommend Sans Souci number 705.

We had a great stay! The rooms were comfortable. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The quick elevator down to the beach was excellent. The only thing I could possible suggest are black out curtains for the bedrooms.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We loved the quiet community and ease of getting around. Right on the gulf. Clean pool, and Spa. Not crowded. A walk across the street to amazing seafood. Everything you could want or need for a relaxing stay. Loved it.

Great location, Gated property, covered parking, clean apartment, wonderful views and right on the beach. Only negative is the mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that we loved it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as it should be. The AC was could and the batteries were out on the thermostat...but we like it cold. 7th floor but right on the water.
