You're also close to the shared pool amenity and across the street from beach access! You'll love coming back to this cheerful and luxurious condo full of natural light. Relax in the comfortably furnished living room cooled by central air conditioning, or take in fresh air on the private patio. Each bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom for extra privacy. At the end of the day, gather around in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops. You'll have lots of space and amenities to enjoy during your stay in this condo. Of course, the beach is never far away.

Please note: Construction is currently taking place on the ceilings of the walkways. This work is limited to common areas and does not affect home, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Convenient and clean!

My husband and I brought our daughter and 4 friends for spring break. Everything about this condo was perfect for the group! The place was super clean and had everything you needed and more! Each bedroom having a bathroom was awesome! The pictures of the patio don’t really do it justice. While you don’t have a direct view of the ocean- it’s only a short walk across the street. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast. We will definitely stay here again. The living room area is super cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that while construction didn’t bother us I would let guests know that there isn’t a direct path from the car to the condo and they will have to walk in up through the bushes.for us it was fine we are between 18-44 and healthy but if a disabled or elderly person was to stay there before construction is done then it would be difficult for them. Other than that small thing that wasn’t even an issue for us- it was perfect!

Perfect location

The location was just across the street from beach access making it easy to walk over. The condo was clean and spacious. We’d stay here again!

Wow! 3 comfortable king beds with private ensuites

This was the perfect unit for our family since it had 3 bedrooms with king beds and private ensuite bathrooms for each. The beds were the most comfortable ever! The unit also had everything we needed. The location was so convenient with a 3 minute walk to the beach, Alvin's Island and Frozen Dune Ice Cream and a 5 minute walk to Bad Ass Coffee and Pascalli's. CVS is a short distance away on Holiday Road which is a bordering street. We will definitely be back! I think I'll go ahead and book for Fall Break.

Spacious Stay Close to the Beach!

Emerald Waters is a fantastic condo! Spacious and well-furnished, it comfortably accommodated all guests. The pool and nearby beach access were highlights for the family! Convenient grocery store nearby for stocking up. Perfect location, and first-floor access made check-in/out easy. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay at Emerald Waters 109

This place is awesome! All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms which are quite spacious. The beds were comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. The unit is nicely decorated and it appears that the comfortable couch and living room chairs are fairly new. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walkover to the beach is sooo close that you are literally on the sand in about three minutes. Book this unit! You won’t regret it!

Stunning, clean and spacious condo SO CLOSE to the beach!

Our family highly enjoyed our stay! The condo is very clean, spacious and offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The beds were clean and slept very well! We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio - you can even see the pool from the patio (a bonus with younger kids). The pool is heated which made it enjoyable even in January! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. It is not very apparent from pictures, but this place is SO CLOSE to the beach. You can walk right off the back patio to a sidewalk that leads you to the beach access gate across from Alvin's Island. The beach is not a public access beach, and is private for the surrounding residents. It was absolutely stunning! There are multiple restaurant's and a coffee shop within walking distance (less than a 10 minute walk to the furthest place). The condo is right on scenic hwy 98 and offers access to a large sidewalk that gets you anywhere. There is enough landscaping and space between the condo and the sidewalk/road that it feels quiet and secluded even though it is right in the middle of everything. We will be staying here again!
