Great place with a great ocean view! The grounds are kept in excellent shape, and the unit we stayed in was exactly as we saw on VRBO. Karen and Stephanie were great hosts, and their communication was always clear and timely. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful

Very nice property that was extremely clean. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach along with the beach chairs that are provided with the rental. Overall, this is a wonderful condo!

Our week at this fabulous condo was amazing. My only issue would be that it would be nice if you could upgrade your towels to new towels. Just old towels with stains etc. Otherwise, it was super nice. Do these owners have other properties in the US? Thank you!!

Great Location!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the perfect location with a short walk to the beach. The beach was amazing with the provided umbrellas and chairs and was never very crowded since it was only available for the nearby condos. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we could have possibly needed. Our kids loved the bunk room! Our only complaint was the construction was a bit of a nuisance, but that wasn't the host's fault.

Great view, well stocked kitchen!!! Beds were comfortable. Property management were great. They were accessible by phone or text. There was some construction going on. They were very compassionate about our concerns. A very quiet and restful vacation after 5 PM of course, once the construction stopped great location plenty of shopping to get everything you need close by

PERFECT!! quiet neighborhood, well supplied with plenty of cooking utensils, clean, close to the beach, comfy furniture, property management was very easy to communicate with, and the water pressure for showering was wonderful!

Location and relaxation

As always top notch. Never disappointed. Beautiful condo, with all the amenities. These ladies aim to please. Very accommodating. This is our 3 year coming back to this condo. Looking forward to next year.

Nice place but need to replace metal bed frames.. makes to much noise. close to beach and has 2 pools. Need to get better cleaning crew. The grounds and the properrty were spotless.

Fantastic!

The Condo was everything we expected. It was as wonderful as it was described! We were all Senior family members and appreciated the ease of finding the place and getting into the Condo. We will be back next year. We wish we could have gotten in ealier as our flight put us waiting 4 hours. I would have liked it to be a 2:00 pm enter time. But. That was a small inconvience for what we got. We needed for nothing, well equipped, and wonderfully comfortable. Thank you.

One of the best condos by far!

We have been coming down to the Miramar Beach area for 6 years now and typically stay at Maravilla due to location. This is the most fully stocked, well renovated condo we have stayed in. The location of the condo in the complex is perfect, the view to the beach is great and overall just a great place to stay! We can't wait to come back next year!!

Condo is very comfy & cute with all the comforts of home & then some. The complex includes so many fun opportunities( pickleball, 2 pools( heated was favorite of young kids and families), hot tub) Beautiful porch view, nice walking path, & pet friendly. Our family of 5( kids mostly teens) loved our stay especially the gorgeous beach w private access and beach chair rental included. Owners communicated well & great to work with.

Family beach trip

This condo was great. We loved the floor plan. The bathrooms were great and the water pressure was great. The kitchen was great, nice frig, counter tops, sink and furnishings. Nice washer and dryer. Great balcony and the private beach and beach service was great. The heated pool was awesome. 5 star for sure.
