About this space
Clean and economical master bedroom w a private bath in a 3/3 apartment. Memory Queen-sized bed. Mini-fridge/microwave in the room. PETS Allowed (only dog and cat) and must be attended.
The room is on the 2nd floor. It could accommodate up to 3 guests w an additional Mattress provided Upon Request.
Within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, AMC Theater, bus stops, etc. 10 minutes drive to downtown, FSU, and FAMU.
Please DO NOT book if you are picky. Thank you.

Doorbell with a camera in the front door of the building.
The first floor is not for the guest to use. The in-house laundry room may be used after confirmation from the host. The wireless printer can be used upon request. Coffee makers and grinders are in the public area on the second floor. The living room is usually not for guest use.
Guest access
Guest(s) can park at any vacant spot in front of the buildings.
Other things to note
A little nice Beagle puppy may give you a warm greeting!
