I live quietly on the third floor and rarely use the kitchen or shared areas, so you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. Two gentle, friendly puppies live here too and are part of the charm for animal lovers.

The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature—especially with the lake and trees nearby—makes it a wonderful place to unwind. At the same time, being just minutes away from downtown allows me to enjoy the convenience of the city whenever I need it. I also love the welcoming community, which gives the area a homely, safe vibe. The quiet walks around the lake and the bird sounds are what I enjoy most about living here. It’s the best of both worlds, and I’m excited to share this experience with my guests!"

While the house isn’t directly on the lake, it's only a 5-minute walk to the water, where you can enjoy beautiful views and relaxing walks surrounded by trees. Inside the house, you’ll find cozy rooms with private bathrooms and a spacious shared patio for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. I also have two friendly Brittany puppies who love meeting guests! It's a safe, quiet retreat that's just minutes from downtown Tallahassee, offering the best of both worlds."
