I live quietly on the third floor and rarely use the kitchen or shared areas, so youâll enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. Two gentle, friendly puppies live here too and are part of the charm for animal lovers.

"I chose this neighborhood in Tallahassee because of its perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the city. The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by natureâespecially with the lake and trees nearbyâmakes it a wonderful place to unwind. At the same time, being just minutes away from downtown allows me to enjoy the convenience of the city whenever I need it. I also love the welcoming community, which gives the area a homely, safe vibe. The quiet walks around the lake and the bird sounds are what I enjoy most about living here. Itâs the best of both worlds, and Iâm excited to share this experience with my guests!"

Inside the house, youâll find cozy rooms with private bathrooms and a spacious shared patio for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. I also have two friendly Brittany puppies who love meeting guests! It's a safe, quiet retreat that's just minutes from downtown Tallahassee, offering the best of both worlds."
