Nice place in a great little neighborhood

My extended family (12 people, ages 1 to 65) stayed here for a week and had a great time. The place is nice, the pool/clubhouse nearby are awesome, and we were just a short drive from a number of beaches. Great place for a family trip.

The house was exactly as advertised: spacious, clean and nicely accommodated our larger family. Access to the pool was a plus, very close to the house. If you are a dog owner, the neighborhood is pet friendly. Many areas to potty your pet with places to walk.

Check in was super easy and Harry was very responsive to questions. We love to cook meals on vacation and the kitchen was a little lacking in equipment (baking sheets, frying pans, blender, some utensils etc).

Family vacation with grandparents, adults siblings, and grandkids.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were just as described. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to several beaches, shopping outlets, cape henlopen fishing pier and state park. Our host was very helpful and promptly answered any questions. Thank you Harry for letting us rent your lovely house.

Nice Rehoboth house with many rooms

The house was exactly as advertised; new, clean, comfortable beds. The house is in a newer community and we had access to the pool and clubhouse facilities on site. About a 15 minute drive to Rehoboth and Dewey. Harry was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly and made check in / check out process easy. Will definitely be coming back!

Very nice community, perfect accommodations, excellent host

The property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the close contact with our host Harry. Whenever a question arose, Harry was quick to respond. The pool is very close by and beautiful. The house is close to many restaurants and activities for the children. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you.
