Welcome to Ohana House! This 4BR, 3.5BA townhouse in the sought-after Grande at Canal Pointe. This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably and is less than 2 miles from the boardwalk and beach. Located east of Rt. 1, you can bike or walk to the beach without crossing the busy Route 1 highway. Bikers and runners will love the easy access to the Breakwater Trail. Dog-friendly and perfect for families, enjoy the community pool and complimentary bikes provided for your stay.
The space:
Private Driveway parking for 2 cars with unlimited overflow parking in the nearby condo parking lot.
Garage Access: Equipped with complimentary bikes for your use, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. There's also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or pool.
First Floor: This level features two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second includes a daybed with a pull-out trundle. A sliding glass door leads to a tranquil back patio with comfortable outdoor seating. Additionally, there is a "bunk bed nook" that comfortably accommodates two small adults or children. A full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo is conveniently located on this floor for easy access.
Second Floor: Spacious and inviting, the second floor includes two living rooms, a half bath, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, upgraded appliances and granite counter tops. There's also an additional dining table in the kitchen. Step out onto the second-floor deck, complete with a bistro table and grill, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.
Third Floor: Two luxurious king-sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering ultimate privacy and comfort.
Canal Pointe features a spacious community pool, available seasonally, along with a small fitness center and clubhouse that are open year-round. All are just a quick 2-minute walk from the townhouse.
Please note: Linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) ARE included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed, sheets on every bed and one towel and washcloth per guest.
* We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and we will get you started on paper towels and toilet paper *
Please note: The Grande at Canal Pointe enforces STRICT rules prohibiting the parking of commercial vehicles, trailers, water sport vehicles, and motor homes in the parking lot or in front of the town house.
Other things to note:
A key fob is required for the pool, fitness center and access to the dumpster. Guests are responsible for returning the fob to the wall hook when they check-out. Lost/taken key fobs will result in a $50 charge to the guest security deposit.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old. No senior week groups permitted.
The Grande at Canal Pointe community HOA requires all short term tenants to sign a lease agreement (separate from Airbnb). A lease will be sent to the booking guest shortly after booking is confirmed. This agreement must be completed prior to check-in and will be sent to you via VRBO. Below is a copy of the lease agreement guests will be asked to sign:

A copy of the Rules and Regulations is attached hereto as Exhibit A. By signing this Addendum, the Tenant acknowledges receipt of such Rules and Regulations and agrees to abide by and adhere to same. 2. Occupancy. Tenant acknowledges the Premises shall be occupied for residential purposes only and shall be occupied by no more than two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons per dwelling unless the Lease Agreement to which this Addendum is attached restricts the occupancy to fewer persons. Children under the age of six (6) shall not be counted in this restriction. 3. Violations. Any violation of the provisions of the Association Instruments or the Rules and Regulations by Tenant, or Tenant's family, guests, agents, employees, invitees, or pets shall constitute a material breach of the Lease Agreement. The Tenant hereby agrees and understands that in the event of such violation the Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises may be immediately terminated and the Tenant shall vacate the Premises. Violations are subject to monetary penalty. 4. Indemnification. . 5. Successors. The provisions of this Addendum shall apply to any and all of Owner's and Tenant's successors, assigns and sublessees. 6. Conflict. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease Addendum and the provision of the Lease executed by Landlord and Tenant, the provisions of this Lease Addendum shall control. Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Association from and against any damages, direct or indirect, incurred as a result of the non-compliance by any of the aforesaid persons with the provisions of any of the Association Instruments, Rules and Regulations, or any other covenant of the Lease Agreement. Owner and Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Association from any claims of harm, loss, damage and/or injury resulting from the Association’s enforcement of Association Instruments, Rules and Regulations or any other covenant of the Lease Agreement, and against any losses or costs incurred by the Association in enforcing the provisions hereof with respect to any of their respective successors, assigns or sublessees 7. No Subletting. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that there shall be no assignment or subletting of the Lease agreement. 8. Disputes.
