The Little Crimson Barn

The “LCB” is tucked away on a quiet alley street just east of campus corner and easy walking distance to the stadium and campus, as well as the main street downtown and the Norman train station. This newly remodeled backhouse has a private, enclosed patio for small gatherings and outdoor dining. It is the perfect spot for all sports events, OU visits, reunions and weekday meetings. Abundant parking.

Place was nice - close to campus corner. A little difficult to find as its in an alley but close to other main streets.

Visiting our son

We stayed at the Crimson Barn while visiting our son over the summer while he did an internship. It was close to campus and walking distance to restaurants. The place is spacious, clean and well stocked. It was so comfortable, we spent more time relaxing there than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

The Little Crimson Barn is very charming and spotless inside. The private patio was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great spot for seeing an OU game!

We stayed at LCB over Thanksgiving! It was very convenient to Campus Corner. It had all the necessary amenities and was really a great place! Elizabeth and Louisa were communicative and responsive to any questions. We would stay here again!

Best barn ever

Very pleasantly surprised! Everything was brand new ,beds were comfortable ,cute decor and stylish furniture. I would like some more hangers but there were some there. Great location for visiting the University.nice neighbors and host was very responsive. With comfortable shoes you could walk to the stadium and campus. Nice drinks and coffee as well as a coffee gift card! We will be back! Thumbs up all around!

Best spot for an easy visit to Norman / OU

I had the opportunity to show someone around, who has never been to Norman. I attended OU and this spot was absolutely fantastic to access campus to show her my old classes, campus corner for lunch, and Main Street for coffee. A quick walk out the door and across the train tracks will drop you right into Campus Corner, which is ideal for game days and night life. The LCB was so clean and everything was readily available. Parking was never an issue, and the wifi worked without a hitch. We had ample space to lounge around after a day around Norman, and really enjoyed the patio area. We will definitely be coming back!!

Winter Barn Stay

I stayed during a winter storm that shut down most of the roads in oklahoma / texas. Thank goodness I had the Little Crimson Barn. This adorable little backhouse was perfect to hunker down in the cold weather, but also close to everything around campus I wanted to get to. Since the roads were icy, I had to walk everywhere — easy to do when the Little Crimson Barn was in such a prime location. The space was open, clean, and great as a spot to lounge during our stay. We cooked meals and watched TV and stayed cozy and relaxed the whole time — not once did we get stir crazy, even though many activities were closed due to the weather. The two bedrooms were perfect so we could handle work calls without intruding on the other. I wish the weather could have been better, but the Little Crimson Barn was perfect. The walkability to OU campus and Campus Corner was great, the space was both cozy and spacious, and we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Location for an OU game.

Very clean and great furnishings. Comfortable couch and nice little outdoor area. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there for another game next season.

Norman’s Best Kept Secret!

We stayed at the Crimson Barn for an OU football weekend and had the best experience. Check-in instructions were clear and sent in advance. There was ample parking. We were surprised by how close the Barn is to Campus Corner and the stadium. On game day, we had breakfast in our enclosed patio before walking over to tailgate. We stayed with one other couple and had plenty of room. The bathroom is large and allowed for two people to get ready at the same time. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating. We loved spending time on the patio. In addition to being close to campus and comfortable, the Crimson Barn is really cute! The kitchen is beautiful with all updated appliances. We loved staying at this hidden gem. We can’t wait to book for future Sooners games!
