Blue Pearl Beach House - Pool House, is a private house with its own private entrance, located right next to Frank Brown Park, 1 mile to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Pier Park. You can walk (13-25 min walk), bike, golf cart to the Beach or Pier Park (124 stores to shop!)
Long term Snowbirds allowed with a 6 month lease (181 days)

Fully furnished, beds, full kitchen, home-goods, dining table. Living room, loveseat and comfy chair. A Flat Screen tv and WIFI.
The Space
Blue Pearl Beach House -Pool House, is a private house with its own private entrance, it is located right next to Frank Brown Park and less than a mile to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Pier Park. You can walk (13-25 min walk), bike, or golf cart to the Beach or Pier Park (124 stores to shop!) This is where all the action is. You can get there in a golf cart if you decide to rent one. As the neighborhood and Pier Park are Golf cart friendly.
This is a family shared home with private entrance, but long term Snowbirds allowed with a 6 month lease (181 days)
Enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood away from the congestion, but yet close to all the action of PCB. Enjoy your private master bedroom with queen bed, side table, dresser and bench. Large closet, a 2nd bedroom/office, full bathroom with a shower. A full kitchen with home-goods to prepare an awesome meal before heading to beach. The Living room offers a loveseat and comfy chair. A Flat Screen tv with free Wi-Fi for favorite streaming.
Enjoy your morning Coffee on the patio, go for a swim in the pool or take walk to the park or head to Pier Park for some shopping.

You'll Park in front of main house and walk through the gated entrance to your private door.
Back yard that is yours to use and is shared with the main house.
