We are new owners as of January 2021 and have redecorated and remodeled this gem. We created a romantic getaway for two. New King size comfy bed, new beachy porcelain tile floors, tranquil paint, new wooden walls similar to shiplap, two reclining leather chairs, and an electric fireplace with heat for chilly days or just the flame for ambiance, new glass back door for even better view, new bar and barstools with hanging pendants, new chest of drawers, rug & beautiful coastal art. Bathroom and Kitchen recent remodeled. Wonderful large tiled shower with glass door, Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer drier, Great location 2 minutes from Pier Park for shopping. Walk to restaurants. Fine dining and cocktails . One of Floridas largest fishing piers less than 3 minutes away. Swim with the Dolphins across the street. Welcome to white powder beaches and turquoise water. Great for honeymooners, anniversaries, special occasions or just a relaxing getaway. Nice bang for your buck

Place was cute and had everything we needed. Close to peir Park. Bed was a little too firm had to go get a topper to sleep a little better. Host was quick with response when the dryer didn't work. And was very accommodating with early check in. Thanks for a great stay. Nothing beats waking up to the ocean

Cozy & Convenient

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for convenience and a hassle free trip. From check- in-to parking-to location, everything was simple and easy. The room was clean and nicely decorated and owners responded promptly to all questions.Loved that I didn’t have to use the elevator and was on the beach within a minute. The free beach chair was nice and I was able to walk to most places. Beautiful views! I would definitely book this room again!

Couple's Getaway

Perfect for a quick couple's getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coast Awhile. We have stayed in several of the condos in this building and this was our favorite! We will definitely be back. Owners are wonderful, communication is top notch. We did not have a single problem or question-it was all provided up front! Very easy check in and out. Nicely decorated. Perfect for our 1st year anniversary quick weekend getaway! Thank you!

A pleasant surprise (inside)

We didn't see inside any of the other units at the Continental Condos building, but I bet this unit is one of, it not the best. Clean, magnificently decorated, perfect amount of furniture, storage...........and a king bed. If you're committed to Panama City Beach - this condo won't disappoint!

Listen to the waves at night

I love this condo - exactly as pictured, wonderful location with the waves right outside, and beautiful sunset views. The condo has everything you need if you want to cook something, and everything was clean, clean, clean. Walking distance to beachside restaurants and bars and Pier Park with 120 shops is a short distance away. There's a great outlet mall about thirty minutes away near Destin. Excellent communication with the host, too. I'll be back!

Awesome experience!

We only had a very short stay, but we will definitely be back for a longer stay. The property was beautiful and very calming. The view from the large picture window and balcony was amazing. Very cozy condo for couples. Freshly updated and clean. The property owners were great to work with. Perfectly met our needs!

The hosts Greg and Paula were exceptional in every way. That’s why there are several comments about them and well deserved! They strive for you to have the best experience and want to know what they can do to make their condo even better. The room was so clean and perfectly met our needs. The bed was very comfortable. We kept going out on the patio and watching the ocean. We felt like we never had to leave the ocean... it was literally right there with us. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a practical, quaint, efficient little place on the oceanfront. Thank you so much for offering it! We came to the area to celebrate #33 and it won’t be our last time. We loved it!

Gorgeous view

Perfect cozy beach getaway for a couple! It was awesome to have a king sized bed. My only issue was the mattress is the thick foam type that comes shipped in a box. We are in our early 50’s with no arthritic issues or back surgeries. It is fine for a night or two, but if staying for a week, it would be an issue. Be prepared to buy your own ice if the owners before you didn’t fill the ice trays (ours did not, but we left them full). I wanted to make a cocktail after a long drive, so was disappointed, but thankfully there is convenience store right across the street.

Coast Awhile Did Not Disappoint!

If you choose “Coast Awhile” you will NOT be disappointed in anything!! The condo is EXACTLY what you see when you walk in the door. It was super clean and smelled so nice. You can tell the owners care about their clients! The washer/dryer in the unit is what got my attention. A bonus is that the owners paid for true beach chaise lounges chairs and large umbrella through October. This was amazing! The condo is on the “second floor” but it is ground level making it easy to load and unload. Very easy beach access, quiet area and within walking distance to Shuckems and Sharky’s and a short drive to Pier Park unless you prefer to walk to it and it’s across the street from Gulf World. All the employees at the resort were very friendly. The owners are so nice and so easy to work with that you feel like you have known them for a while. I have definitely marked this for another visit in the future.

Easy parking and easy getting to the beach. Easy unloading your car. No long elevator rides. Gorgeous view. Best location. Comfy king bed, washer/drier, dishwasher, and don't forget the fireplace. Can be used for ambiance with no heat or with heat to keep you warm in winter months.
