Villa Amandara is one of the most stunning and desired Villas in St. Martin. This Estate offers world class views from all 5 bedrooms and it's many public spaces. You will want for nothing when you see the Villa's private Bali massage house with carved stone Balinese tub, a Bar/Cinema with a window into the pool, plus the regulation Petanque/Bocce ball Court, volleyball court, foosball table, ping pong table, PS4, basketball hoop and gym. This exceptional Villa has an excellent reputation and sits on 2.5 secluded acres. Our incredible chef is available upon request, and every booking includes six days a week of housekeeping and laundry. This estate is featured as one of the 10 villas globally in a magazine article aptly called, "10 places to stay before you die..." Villa Amandara lives up to it's reputation!

Fabulous place to stay in Saint Martin.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful for our family of 9. A magnificent view topped by a wonderful hostess and friendly housekeeper that took extra good care of us. I will definitely recommend it go anyone.

Stunning Property and Perfect Service

My party of ten just returned from Villa Amandara, and we could not have been more pleased. The layout of the property is perfect, the views stunning, the house provisions are very thoughtful, and the daily on-site cleaning support was amazing (Dana is a saint!). Highly recommend!

Our happy place!

What a beautiful villa! The online pictures is exactly what the property looks like. We have stayed at several villas in Terres Bases and this is definitely the nicest. The host was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. I would highly recommend this villa for someone looking for one of he best views and villas in St. Marteen.

Absolutely Stunning Views

The Villa is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing and do not get much better than this. It was very hard to leave the villa to do anything else. You feel like you are at a luxury resort. The Villa was very clean. Dana, the housekeeper, did an outstanding job. She is super friendly and we felt very comfortable around her. We all enjoyed her company. We wanted to hang out with her so it was hard to not distract her from her work. Every room in the house has fabulous views. The game room was really cool with the giant window to the pool. The kids really enjoyed that. The bedrooms were very quiet and private. You could go relax in there and not hear the other guest in the house even when it was noisy. We had 5 teenage boys and 2 toddlers in the house and they tend to be loud sometimes. The outdoor living space was more than sufficient. There are plenty of seating areas to sit and take in the views. The glass railing around the deck allows for perfect, unobstructed views and photos. The infinity pool makes the view even more spectacular. You feel like the pool connects to the ocean. The pool has a huge shallow sun shelf that is great for small children or for lounging. My only complaint is that there is no AC in the main living areas. The sliding doors open well to the outside and you do get a good breeze but it was stilI hot and humid. The bedrooms all have AC. I have stayed in several villas in Terres Basses and this one is my new favorite. I would definitely come back.

We have worked hard to create a luxury experience for our guests, adding many incredible amenities and experiences. We hope that you will experience our Villa and create lifelong memories.

Villa Amandara has been created to help our guests create lifelong memories with all of it's unique amenities that do not exist in other Villa's. On top of this, the views from every room in the Villa and the terraces are absolutely some of the most incredible views in the world. It is also one of the rare Villas, where all of the rooms are attached to the house. This means no walking in the rain outside to get to your bedroom!
