The interior of the home is approximately 7,500 square feet. Meaning that there is a lot of space for all your guests and allowing each member of your party, private space if they wish. The villa also boasts lovely communal spaces making it an ideal place for hosting dinner or just enjoying an evening with your friends and family. You will be able to enjoy the spectacular views of the pristine white sandy beach and azure blue sea from the sitting room, enormous terrace, and many of the bedrooms.

Serena is nestled in a gated community with just 13 other homes just steps from the beach. It is in one of the most exclusive parts of the Island where you will find some beautiful properties.

The villa’s vaulted ceilings blend with the terrace, which is surrounded by white columns and archways. This allows the fresh sea air to flow in and around the villa, fusing the outside with the inside of your home. Slightly elevated, Serena commands a beautiful view of Baie Rouge Beach and the island of Anguilla. Serena also features a media room area with a huge flat-screen TV and a reading area along with comfortable couches. Wonderful Time!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Serena. The location is fabulous, we easily found our way around the island and felt very safe. Even though the house is older, it was clean, well kept and had numerous areas for us to spread out. The transport driver, Phillip, was friendly, helpful and on time. He pointed out landmarks, shopping and bakeries on our way from airport to Villa. Ruth, Shivon and Evu worked to keep the house in tip shape order, we always had clean beach/pool towels(couple times/ day), the gas grill was cleaned every morning, if it had been used the previous day, and looked brand new after Evu cleaned it! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Serena and on St.Martin- we are already starting to plan our next family vacation, in a couple years! We ate at Sunset Grille in Grand Case and it was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the crepes at Croissant Royal in Marigot. Bought delicious pastries and baguettes at 3 different bakeries near the house and all were yummy! Thank you for your assistance
