This beautiful four bedroom/three bathroom house on the St. Mary's River is perfect for a large family and/or guests. This location is a short drive to historic Downtown St. Mary's, close to Cumberland Island Ferry, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach and only a short drive or boat ride to Brunswick, GA or Jacksonville, FL.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious screened-in lanai with fabulous views of the Saint Mary's River, watching the birds, manatee, and maybe catch sight of dolphins or an alligator! The centrally located modern eat-in kitchen, with adjacent dining room, accessing the lanai, has the same fabulous views. With an abundance of windows, the views are amazing from the first of two master suites, also having access to the lanai. This beautiful home features two master bedrooms with ensuites, a third bedroom has a queen bed and shared bathroom accessibility with 2nd master, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds which can become a king with a bathroom across the hall.

Thanksgiving getaway

What beautiful place! We had so much fun fishing in the back yard, having a fire in the firepit and eating dinner on the porch. The house had everything we could possibly need. The property was beautiful.

Peaceful, private and spacious

Screened in porch and water view from the master bedroom were really great. Loved the privacy and quietness of the neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Only downfall was the shower in the master bath. Water never got real hot and the pressure was not good. Luckily there were other showers in the house, so we just switched.

Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! There was more than enough space and we didn't really feel like we were in a neighborhood. The kids loved running around the backyard and fishing and we loved being able to sit on the huge screened porch to watch them! Wonderful location if you are interested in visiting Cumberland Island which I highly recommend. Beautiful home and I appreciate Shelley accommodating my request for a later checkout time. Overall a great stay!

Home away from home

I loved the layout of the house. Beautiful property! We love to cook and I’m always hopeful the kitchen is stocked with everything we need. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Lovely time!

Wonderful comfortable waterside retreat

This property was great, quiet neighborhood in a lovely little southern town. Our property manager Brittany went above and beyond. The back porch let us watch wildlife without bugs, and the occasional (day time) train went by in the distance too.

Supreme Getaway!!!!

Amazing property! The host made sure everything you would possibly need was onsite. It was vey clean and very well maintained. The location is in close proximity to everything: Amelia Island, St. Simon’s Island, and Jekyll Island. I would recommend this property hands down.

Great spot

This was one of the better rentals we have stayed in. It was clean with beautiful views. It was also well furnished with everything you need for a vacation . Carol was very nice and informative about things to do and where to eat. We hope to back at some point.

Beautiful, quite home on the water!

Open and beautiful with big windows for a spectacular view! The neighborhood is quiet and the water views are great! We loved the screened in back patio. It was perfect and relaxing. Carol, the house manager is so sweet and so nice! Shelley, the homeowner, was very responsive and kept in touch with us as well as Carol. They are awesome!! We will definitely be back to this beautiful home!!
