This lower unit of a duplex is a perfect base for exploring the Balboa Peninsula. Just steps from the sand, Balboa Pier, Boardwalk, Fun Zone, Balboa Ferry, this unit is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Tastefully furnished with three queen beds, two desk areas, WIFI and one free parking, you are set to enjoy beach time. Local market, brewery, deli are all within walking distance.

The space
This clean and comfortable beach house is in a prime location, just one house from the beach. The lower level of a duplex, the unit has three bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, cotton sheets, ceiling fans, and laminate flooring . There are four steps to enter the front door and two to access the large patio. The furnished patio faces the East Balboa Blvd. and is a perfect place to hang out. The garage and the laundry in the garage are shared with the upper unit. There is not enough space in the garage for a large SUV or large Truck. A four door sedan would fit in the garage.
A charcoal grill is provided on the patio but we request that guests buy their own charcoal and lighter fluid at one of the local markets within walking distance.

This is a whole house rental, the entire first floor of this duplex is available.

*****City of Newport Beach collects 10% occupancy tax on all short term rentals. This amount will be collected separately after reservation is confirmed.

We have always been outdoor people, from the beach to the mountain, California has been home sweet home for our family. Particularly, Balboa Beach was our go to beach for years before we purchased this vacation rental. Now, we are happy to be sharing it with the world.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
One of the widest stretch of sandy beach is practically out the doorway. Just step out and enjoy the all day beauty and some of the most magnificent sunsets.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Perfect location. Once you park your car in the garage, you can walk to so many places within minutes. From the beach to restaurants and markets, or a short walk to the ferry that takes you the Balboa Island, you will not need a car to be entertained. Of course, a short ride would take you to other amazing places like Fashion Island, the famous ocean view outdoor mall or 20 miles to Disneyland. For a more complete list see my guide book.
