A small single story home with a full basement located just minutes from the historic village of Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Frankenmuth is a tourist travel destination where the Old Bavaria can be felt throughout the entire village. Frankenmuth hosts the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, an indoor water park and weekly festivals and gatherings. The Birch Run Outlet Mall features more than 100 stores and is the largest outlet mall in Michigan.

Accommodating for mid sized groups, friendly and available host, clean property, comfortable beds, essentials (plates, cups, silver-ware, large plates for hosting, extra blankets and pillows, etc.). Overall amazing experience. 10/10 would go back.

Just outside Frankenmuth

The pictures of the house were on point, and it was a short drive to Frankenmuth. It was very nice, comfortable and roomy for our friends weekend getaway. We liked being in this quiet neighborhood and away from downtown Frankenmuth. Would stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed being in Frankenmuth for Memorial Day weekend. Property was at a quiet, convenient location. It was a nice layout, although we had anticipated the basement to be a little more like a bonus room for sleeping. Everything was clean.

A great place to stay for larger families

We loved the house. It was located near both Frankenmuth and Birch Run, which we visited. It was super clean, everything provided that we needed. There are 3 beds in the basement area and 3 bedrooms on the main floor. All beds were reported comfortable. There are two full bathrooms and each one had double sinks which was so nice. We will definitely stay here again when in this this area.

Outstanding Experience

This is by far the one of the best rental homes we have stayed at. When you walk in it is absolutely breathtaking. Shannon was also a wonderful communicator when we needed to contact her on a minor problem (television). If we ever return we definitely hope we can stay here again.

Beautiful home.. and lots of beds and room to have a good time even a little fire pit with chairs, To enjoy a fall fire.. great location from Frankenmuth..if you plan to cook and need baking pans bring, none there.. but everything else you could need is there .. and possibly thicker blankets.. thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. Great location and a beautiful home

The location was wonderful. Check in was super easy. Host was prompt with responses. It was perfect for our group of 5. It was too cold to enjoy the secluded fire pit but definitely felt private. Bathrooms and bedrooms were good size and the basement had an entertaining area and more beds that we didn't use but would be nice for groups with kids. There were minor things I already mentioned to host who said she would take care of it but overall it was perfect for our group and we would love to come back.

Incredible House!

A perfect house for 6 teachers trip to Frankenmuth/Birch Run. We had a beautiful house that felt like a home to us: plenty of beautiful decorated bedrooms, large bathrooms, a wonderful outdoor sitting area w/fire pit and a very functional kitchen.Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking or snack making. We could not think of one thing that was missing in this home!

Our home is well maintained and 6 minutes from Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Frankenmuth has weekly festivals and gatherings throughout the year and Birch Run has the largest outlet mall in Michigan.
