Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cute three-bedroom home located in Saginaw Township (not Saginaw City). Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospital, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Frankenmuth. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and dressers. Attached one-car garage and pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. Please refer to photos for a better view of this cute house.

It was our 3rd year staying here and it is wonderful--so clean, well stocked, great location, comfy beds, nice, quiet neighborhood. James is a great host, communicated quickly! Hope to be back again next year.

Five stars. The place was awesome.

Went here to go fishing with my family and everything was just as in the description. Perfect clean and very convenient. Will definitely rebook next year. The host was very responsive when we had a circuit breaker trip on a Sunday. He answered the phone right away and worked us right through the issue. Was a very nice host.

Fishing Trip

Stayed at Jim’s for a fishing trip. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of linens and paper products. The back yard is fenced in with a deck and table/chairs. The location is quiet and close to just about anything you could want. Great place to stay.

Happy to stay again

We chose this house because we have family in the neighborhood and their house is too small for our family of five. We were comfortable here and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. There was one small cleaning issue that I brought up with the hosts, and I was satisfied with their response. We would be happy to stay here the next time we're in town.

Girls Trip

This was our second stay. The home is clean, welcoming and has everything you need. The location is great and we felt very safe. Jim is a pleasure to work with! Will definitely being staying here again next year!

Great family house in quiet neighborhood

We needed a place to stay with family (including our dog) for a family reunion in Frankenmuth. The house was great and in a perfect location! With three bedrooms and 1.5 baths it fit our needs completely. We even baked cookies in the kitchen which had lots of counter space. Our dog loved the fence yard and it was easy to walk around the neighborhood on the quiet streets. Great place! Would stay again!

Cozy house

Great Little Peace of Saginaw

Very Peaceful Neighborhood. VERY dog friendly. The house had everything we needed - Except it was a beautiful weekend and there were no outside chairs. We made do and enjoyed the backyard anyways.

Cute cozy house

We are a returning family to this property. My family and I really enjoy the comforts of this cozy house. We are frequent travelers and I have a list of places to return to when traveling to the Saginaw area. This is one of my family’s favorite places to stay at. We will be returning in the future. Excellent experience

I stay with my daughter and our little dog using Vrbo for the first time. The experience was more than I expected. Very clean house with everything what we need. Beautiful patio for the dog to play. Quite neighborhood that allow us to sleep like at home. I really enjoy the experience and will considered again to reserve next summer. Thanks!

This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Saginaw Township, no Saginaw City. The Township is much nicer and safer. The home is close to shopping, resturaunts and a short drive to Frankenmuth, Dow Event Center, Saginaw Valley State University plus much more.
