On Magnolia Avenue, you will find "The Near Southside" neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. You may even time it right to enjoy a street festival of local artisans and live music!
If you are commuting while staying in our home, you will find it very convenient to get anywhere in the metroplex from this central location with fast highway access points.
We keep things simple but try to provide you with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. You will find the charm of a vintage home with modern amenities. Need any special arrangements for an extended stay? Just ask!

Moving to the area

Enjoyed staying at this location that was close enough I could walk to work and also wander around with my kids. Backyard was great to let our dogs stretch their legs.

Perfect little house

The house was very cozy and welcoming, clean, nice backyard for the dogs to run around, great neighborhood, close to the hospital, very comfortable bed and easy communicating with the manager. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Property not prepared for stay

The property is in a great location. However, it was no clean. Animal hair was scattered throughout the home and piled up under the furniture. There were many dead termites all over the floor and curtains in the second bedroom. The bed had so much hair my daughters clothes were covered. We attempted to use the oven and it smoked the entire home up. The air conditioner Is hooked up with a Nest and if it didn’t detect movement it kicked into Eco mode set at 83. The host was quick to respond and sent cleaners but we didn’t stay beyond day 2. I did not get satisfactory help from VRBO as they said the host has time to remedy the problems. The home should have been cleaned before we arrived. I’m out money and two days of time with my children due to the lack of preparedness from the host.

This home is perfect for relocation, a long vacation, or a stay-cation. Located in the historic Fairmont neighborhood, less than 2 blocks from Magnolia street entertainment, you will have the opportunity to experience the authentic Fort Worth without even finding parking! A perfect introduction to life in Fort Worth, this neighborhood has the best local dining, coffee, services, and even street festivals. You can also take an art class at Arts 5th, walk to one of the parks, catch a band at the magnolia green, or try swing dance at preservation hall.

Our home offers a large fully fenced back yard. We love hosting pets, and their owners!

We are also a quick commute (<1mile!) to all major hospitals in fort worth. So, if you are travelling as a patient or a healthcare professional, you cannot find a better location.

We aim to offer an opportunity for comfortable mid-term stays for travellers relocating temporarially, especially those with pets.
