This riverfront escape provides a unique living arrangement with a cozy balcony where you can breathe in the fresh coastal air while enjoying your morning coffee. The condo itself boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating, a table for four for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a comfortable living area with a sectional sofa, electric fireplace to help set the mood, and a TV.

Whether it's traveling south to Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City or the Devil's Punchbowl at Otter Rock or driving north to Haystack Rock in Pacific City or the Tillamook Cheese Factory, there is a never-ending list of activities to explore.

The property did not actually look like the picture posted. There was a Murphy bed in the main living area. Please update the picture. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and slow, so we couldn’t use it. Otherwise, the place was clean and close to the beach and nearby creeks. A very beautiful area.

Great location with simple condo for beach gateway. Being the second floor, the place was hot even in October. There are no fans and the condo is missing screens on windows and doors making flies come in if left open. The balcony blinds are broken so unfortunately you cannot open them all the way to get the beach view that makes the place so beautiful.

This unit was filthy and in disrepair. Felt completely uncomfortable staying there, and left shortly after checking in. Hosts were not responsive and didn’t even get back to me till the following afternoon. The whole experience was terrible.

Spring break

Great location, short walk to the beach. Loved the combination of the creek/river that led to the ocean and all the many different landscapes that changed with the tides. The Murphy bed was a great addition, out of the way during the day and very convenient at night. The two bathrooms were handy, except one toilet didn't flush unless you adjusted the water control at the bottom after every flush--that was pretty annoying and should be fixed. Otherwise a great stay!

we love the location. It’s quiet and peaceful a proposal rock, but this unit was not very clean. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and there was no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. There were so many spiderwebs and spiders in the corridor leading to the unit that we almost didn’t go in the unit, the unit was dusty and needed to be swept well and was very disappointing. We had stayed at proposal rock in a different unit and had a great time and loved it but this time it wasn’t so great.

Very nice weekend getaway

The property was in a great location with views of the beach (no sunset but you should be on the beach for that anyways). The condo was very nice, clean, and full of living amenities. It was nice to be able to cook food instead of eating out for every meal.

Cute Place

This little condo was cute and provided everything we needed. Neskowin was interesting... there was nothing around for 10 miles in every direction. The town consists of a block of condos, a tiny store, and a restaurant. It was fine for us, we liked the quiet solitude, but for those we like to be in the middle of shops and restaurants, this would not be the place.
