Completely renovated in 2022, this modern condo presents a light and bright interior with AC, fast WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Whip up everything from beach snacks to home-cooked meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Relax and restore in one of three plush bedrooms or gather together for movie nights in the inviting living area.

Great Condo

This was my 9th visit to Topsail and I've stayed in this condo 4 times. The new owners did a great job updating the place. If you are looking to avoid crowds and like a peacefull beach vacation this is a great option.

North Topsail Condo

Had a wonderful time at this Condo! Me and the kids loved it-it was perfect. The screened in porch was absolutely wonderful to have…..with 6 teens coming back and forth from the beach or from fishing. It is something that I hope to find when looking for another condo, or place at the beach. Everything was great!

Perfect place for a family vacation at the beach!

We loved the first floor location and the screened in porch at the entryway was an amazing bonus. The unit is beautiful and homey. It was perfect for our family and the large dining and open living space was great. We had family staying in other units and ours was perfect for gatherings.

Nice condo.

We love the screened porch. We also really enjoy the common area, especially when weather is not that great for beach sitting. The kids love playing basketball and bocce. We did not love the ocean view as it was mostly a view of the pool. Also, the condo was clean enough, but the floors were not cleaned how we’d have liked. We wore socks all the time and the bottoms were so dirty. But all in all, it was a nice place to stay for a week.
