This majestic beachfront home is as beautiful as ever! Book today and get ready to create everlasting memories of your next beach-cation with your loved ones! This retreat is open for any season and is a great oceanfront home for family reunions. You will find little missing in this extravagant six-bedroom home. Swim in the surf, take a romp on the beach or stroll to nearby NTB Park and enjoy swings, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Or spend a soothing time in the bubbly hot tub. The heated swimming pool is in perfect condition as well, making it perfect for hot summer days.

All three floors and every room overlook the ocean with the kitchen overlooking the bay. The first floor of the home features four bedrooms - only two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms; the third one is shared between the other two bedrooms. Enjoy an outdoor hot tub on the deck while looking at the ocean and overlooking the pool. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. On the second floor, you will find the main living space with a sunny open floor plan, a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a half bath. The lovely living area allows guests to unwind and admire the sparkling waters at the same time. The large TV offers endless entertainment during your stay. All the couches in the great room are brand new as well as the adjoining dining table that seats 10 people. The open kitchen is a chef's delight with all major appliances and utensils needed to whip up tasty full-course meals and beach snacks on the go. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy with two coffee makers, one of them a Keurig. The primary bedroom on this level features a private beachfront deck as well as an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The third floor hosts another primary bedroom with a TV, a beachfront deck, and an en suite with a jetted tub.

Sunny Delight was less than Delightful

My family has been vacationing in Topsail for 25 years and this is the dirtiest house we stayed in. The paint throughout the house is scuffed and dingy. The bathrooms were moldy and dirty, the master bath tub was unusable since the jets were full of mold and rust. There was a big hole in the kitchen floor leading out to deck that one of our group discovered when they stepped into it - looks like someone tried to hide the hole since there was a throw rug covering the hole. Deck tables were broken / unusable. This is a real shame since the house has great bones and potential, it simply needs someone to put the work in to bring it up to standard. The pool was nice and well kept.

Great beachfront home!

The house is beautiful. The views from every room of the ocean are spectacular! The house is close to the beach. It was a bonus to have the hot tub and a pool. We would definitely consider coming back to Sunny delight for another family vacation!

Very Disappointing

This property has such potential, in that it sits on the beach and has plenty of room. However, there are maintenance issues and, in our experience, is poorly managed by Vacasa NC. While it is described as a “luxury” rental, that was definitely not our experience. Our group of 10 family members travels together every 2 years, and we’ve stayed in several VRBO rentals, but never have we had such a poor experience. To start with, our rental wasn’t clean and available to us until after 6:15, and even then there was still visible dirt on fans, interior cabinets, and stairs, with dirty laundry left in closet floors. Very disappointing after a long day of travel. Secondly, the two king size beds had queen size sheets on them! On one of the beds, the four corners of the mattress were not covered, leaving an exposed unwashed mattress pad as a sleep surface! We spent our first day of vacation cleaning and reaching out to Vacasa for appropriately sized sheets, which did not arrive for 2 days! We spent our second day trying to get Vacasa to respond and going out to purchase a set of sheets. The towels left for us were one bath towel and wash cloth per person; only a few hand towels were left (not enough for each bathroom) and no bath mats were provided. Again, this experience is the worst we’ve ever had. We’ve never left less than a 4 or 5 star rating. This trip was expensive for us, which adds to the disappointment. Never again will we rent a Vacasa property.
