6 bedrooms + 5 full bathrooms + 2 half baths accommodates up to 15 guests. Lower Level Sleeper Sofa & Futon for overflow. Fully appointed home on point of land with BOTH protected cove AND big lake views!

Take a bounce on the Water Trampoline, jump into the lake off the 2-Story Dock (or just enjoy a drink and the view from there!). Evenings are fantastic around the elevated Lake-View Fire Pit.

Remodeled spacious kitchen, living room & lower level w/ Ping Pong, Foosball and Cards Table.

Grab one of our provided Kayaks or Stand Up Paddle Board for a cruise around the cove, or take a walk over to the Swimming Pool, Tennis, Pickle Ball or Basketball Courts.

Home is ideally located halfway between Bridgewater Plaza Restaurants, Shopping Activities and Smith Mountain Lake State Park with hiking & swimming. It’s a short boat ride or drive to either.

Such a beautiful property with gorgeous views and easy access to the lake. The dock was perfect for sun bathing and swimming with our large group and we were able to get a boat captain come pick us up right at the dock! We had the best weekend!

The lake house was exactly as described in the listing. It provided my family and me with a great base for enjoying the lake, even with the water level low. When I had a couple of questions, the host responded by text almost immediately.

Location was fabulous! The house was very dirty & worn. The frying pans were unusable, the host was very quick to Amazon us a new set by Monday. The dock & patio had boards & nails sticking out all over making it hard for our grandkids to play. The driveway was gravel, rather difficult to get out of.

We are glad that you loved our location. The views will continue to improve as we remove trees from around our private point. Also as noted, we replaced the cookware within one day of receiving the negative feedback. As far as the house being dirty, this is NOT our norm as can seen in other reviews. We are reviewing with the cleaning team to determine any issues and ensure all future cleaning will be up to our standards and that of our guests. 

 Regarding nail pops and driveway holes, future guests should know our dock is being completely refurbished for next season and our driveway is being repaved. 

We welcome guest feedback as we strive to remain a premier location for large groups (6 bedrooms & 5 full baths 2 half baths) on the lake.

Sadly, the lake was very low this year. It made getting in and out to swim a bit more challenging. We also decided to rent a smaller boat to enable easier docking. We eat-in most meals, and found the kitchen and grills to be great! The whole house was well stocked, including the dock shed. The lower part of the hill drive had some deep ruts. It would be nice to have them scraped flatter. The owners were very responsive to messages before and during our trip. All in all, it was still a great family vacation!

We will get those fixed. We also see that you rebooked for next summer! We are constantly working on the house and love when repeat guest can return to see the improvements! The lake should also be at normal levels again by then.

Great Lake House!

What a wonderful house for our family lake vacay! We are definitely planning to come back!! All the rooms were comfortable and clean and the bathrooms had everything we needed! Even with the weather not cooperating the kids loved the water trampoline and the cove was fantastic for paddle boarding and kayaking!!

Beautiful, quiet property

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and to gather. The kids had a blast. Great location, clean, and quiet. Very easy check in and check out. We hope to make a stay here an annual tradition.

Great family getaway

Property is in a quiet neighborhood with pickleball and pool .5m down the road. The house was well stocked and perfect for our crew of 9. We rented a boat and the kids enjoyed the double decker dock and water trampoline! Good communication with owners and the house had nice spacious rooms and a great deck for evening cocktails!

Perfect for extended family!

We had a wonderful short stay! There were 10 of us total from two families. Plenty of space for both private and family time. Rooms are spacious with sitting areas, large kitchen, great living room, space to play games and spread out in the basement, and fantastic views! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

This house and location are perfect. We are sure you'll agree by the end of your stay! It's best of both worlds, located in a cove for privacy and ease when swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding, but just off the main lake so everyone in house or dock can watch you can tubing, skiing or boating! With lots of space to sleep people, games in the basement, a two story dock to jump off of, spacious living room and kitchen areas, and a cozy fire pit outside, this house will make all your lake vacation dreams come true.

The neighborhood features a private boat launch so it's super convenient if you want to bring your boat & tie up to our dock. Also in the neighborhood is a pool, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. The house has everything to make you feel at home - board games, card table & chips, ping pong, foosball, darts, TV's, outdoor grills, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, water toys, and of course, the lake itself - perfect for creating memories with extended family or friends.
