Cozy, cheerful, and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, this stylish home in Breckenridge, Colorado lives up to its name, Happy Place. With a spacious, open floor plan and gas fireplace, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath sleeps up to 10 people (3 king bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas). Just 6 miles from the famous Breckenridge Ski Resort and less than 5 miles from Breckenridge Main Street, this is a prime location nestled in the quiet yet centrally located Shores neighborhood. An ideal spot to enjoy all that Summit County has to offer as it offers easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort (15 minutes), Frisco (10 minutes), Copper Mountain Resort (20 minutes), and Keystone Resort (20 minutes).
This spacious 2,472-square-foot townhome is fully stocked and ready for vacation mode. Beautiful inside and out, dine alfresco at the outdoor table while gazing at the panoramic views of Breck`s 5 Peaks. Take advantage of the outdoor firepit and gape at the clear night sky, where you can literally count the stars.
Walking in from the garage you will find a convenient mudroom with a washer and dryer, a wooden bench, and cubbies to stash all of your ski or hiking equipment.
The main floor has an open layout with a shared half bath, stylish dining for six, a plush living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone fireplace, and a glass door out to the back deck. The large stone fireplace offers the perfect setting for game night or for watching your favorite television show after a long day on the mountain.
The gorgeous kitchen is bright and well stocked with dishware, perfect for cooking your favorite meal. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, drip coffee maker, spices, and more!
The main floor boasts the first master bedroom with a king bed, drawer space, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, a step-in glass shower, and a large soaking bathtub.
Off of the master bedroom, you will find the 6-person private hot tub, serviced and cleaned professionally before your stay.
The staircase will take you to the upper level with a second living space, offering a snug wrap-around couch and television. When it`s time for sleep, the couch converts to a full-sized sofa sleeper equipped with pillows, sheets, and blankets! No matter where you rest your head, you will be ensured a good night`s sleep for the day ahead.
The second King bedroom upstairs has a closet, and drawer space, as well as a queen pull-out sofa sleeper! This upstairs bedroom is incredibly spacious with more than enough room for four people. An attached bathroom shared with the living area has a roomy step-in glass shower and large vanity.
Down the hall, you`ll find another cozy, stylish King bedroom with a television, dresser drawer space, gorgeous views, and an attached ensuite bathroom!
During the summer months, you will have quick and easy access to Gold Hill Trailhead as well as other hiking and biking trails! Summit County is gorgeous any time of year offering plenty to do including shopping on Main Street, flying down the mountain on the Alpine Slide, renting a boat or paddle boarding at the Lake Dillon Marina, and more!

We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers` guidelines.

Breckenridge is a Colorado town at the base of the Rocky Mountains’ Tenmile Range. It`s known for its ski resort, year-round alpine activities and Gold Rush history. The Victorian core of this former mining town is preserved as the Breckenridge National Historic District, running primarily along Main Street, with colorfully painted buildings from the 1880s and `90s housing shops, galleries and restaurants. This property is a quick walk to Breckenridge Main Street and the Gondola. -Everything Summit

There is a free bus in the county called the Summit Stage that will take you anywhere (Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Blue River, Copper)

You will be entering through the garage side door with the code provided.
We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using
