Nyare konstruktion, 2 900 kvadratmeter hus (2300 "huvudnivåer, 600" källare) med vidsträckt utsikt över Breckenridge Ski Area och ten Mile Range. Hem och badtunna ligger intill French Creek och rymmer upp till 11. Nyligen färdigställd källare med 47 'HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Bar och spelrum.

Detta rökfria hem är beläget i stadsdelen Breckenridge i Vista Point, en kort gångavstånd till Main Street. En GRATIS buss (toppmötet, se länk nedan) är också tillgänglig för att ta dig till sluttningarna (rakt till Breck Gondola) eller staden.

Vardagsrummet har 18 fot välvda tak, två våningar utsikt över bergen, en öppen spis i sten och läderinredning.

Utanför köket finns ett fullt däck med grill. Utanför den lägre nivån av huset finns en privat åtta personer Hot Tub, bara några meter från bäcken.

Det stora familjerummet har en sektionssoffa och 42 tums HDTV med Surround Sound, DVD, VCR och HD-kabelkanaler. Internet med hög hastighet och WiFi ingår utan extra kostnad.

Alla fyra sovrummen har badrum med uppvärmda golv i kakel. Övervåningen Master Suite har en privat balkong med utsikt över bergen, bubbelbadkar, dubbel dusch, drottning säng, 26 'HDTV / DVD och klädkammare.

De två sovrummen på huvudnivån har vardera en drottningssäng. Det andra sovrummet på övervåningen är perfekt för barn med två uppsättningar våningssängar, inklusive en hel säng och tre tvillingar.

Det finns gott om parkering i ett tvåbilsfritt garage med automatisk öppnare. Kolmonoxiddetektorer på alla nivåer och sovrum. Uppfart snöborttagning ingår.

Vårt lugna Vista Point-kvarter ligger bara två mils köravstånd från skidområdet och fem mil till Breckenridge Golf Course (27 Hole Jack Nicklaus Course). Huset är också gångavstånd till snöskor och vandringsleder (Sally Barber Mine trail).

Perfect spot for a large family or a couple families.

Excellent spot for our two families, 4 adults and five kids. 2 master bedrooms, bunk room, and lots of space for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.About 5 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola drop off.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had a group of 10 and this was the perfect property for us. Plenty of space for everyone. The views from the house were magnificent and we really enjoyed the ease of getting to the free ride! Communication with point of contact was the best. He was quick to respond to my questions and very thorough!

Great place to stay!

35 years later high school friends gather

The size and location of the home was perfect for our group of 9 long-time friends. We were especially grateful for the garage parking and snow removal from the front walk and driveway since we got quite a few inches of snow overnight, which made skiing awesome. The hot tub was also much appreciated!

Great amenities beautiful views!

We were very happy with our stay! The home was immaculate and the host was very hospitable. The beds were comfy and the home was very warm and charming, yet updated. The home included plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies - everything we could have wanted and more. One of our highlights was the hottub with the gorgeous mountain views! I would happily stay here again and rent from this reponsive host!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. One thing that's often hard to find is a comfortable couch that fits everyone, but this one was fantastic—super comfy and plenty of room! The views of the mountain were incredible. It's tough to say what was the best part—drinking coffee in the morning while watching the snowcats groom the slopes, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening watching them, or waking up in the middle of the night and seeing them hard at work through the large windows. The kitchen was an ideal spot for cooking and chatting with the family. We’ll definitely consider renting here again. Also, the homeowners were very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Breckenridge trip

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Great location walk to downtown. Fantastic views and the sound of the stream at your doorstep. The house is large enough for our group of 7 adults to each have some room for privacy or work. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Perfect for us!

The location and house layout is great! We didn’t step on each other, could sleep in, space ourselves out or gather at the big table or family room. Two playgrounds were close by plus the free bus! The views are exceptional.

Beautiful home and view

We loved our stay in Breckenridge! The house was so spacious and when you walk in you get the most incredible views with the river flowing right by the house. We loved having the windows open with the sounds of the river flowing. The house was very clean, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The house was in a good location and only a few minute drive to town (or you can take the bus which is close by). We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and walking the path right by the house. My kids enjoyed the foosball table in the basement and the house has a lot of board games to play. Great home for families! I would highly recommend staying here!

Family Wedding

Stay was perfect for us as we attended a family wedding at the Breckenridge Lodge. Space was perfect and a great layout. Kitchen centrally located and easy to prepare a family meal. No shortage of bathrooms making it easy to get ready for the day. Communication with the host was excellent, any inquiry was answered very quickly. We would recommend staying!

Spring Break Ski trip 16

Nice home with all standard amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had a bathroom in the room or right outside the bedroom door. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Master had a oversize shower and tub. Jacuzzi was just big enough for the four of us. The views were fantastic. The property manager needs to pay more attention to details (trash cans were full when we arrived- problem was fixed, dirt in front of sliding glass door, can and cigarette butts by patio, grill brush and outdoor electrical outlet cover thrown over deck in the snow, and the grill drip can hadn't been cleaned in a while- we fixed or cleaned these other issues.) The owner does need to update the renter instructions concerning the jacuzzi cover and checkout instructions. All that being said the home was fantastic and I would gladly stay again on our next ski trip to Breckinridge.

Family owned for twenty years. We live in Littleton, Colorado, and love to vacation in Breckenridge year round. It's a great town, and our whole family loves to visit town, ski, sled, bike ride, and stay at our house.

Breckenridge has great activities year round. This location allowed us to get ~3000 square feet of new construction with great proximity to town: the free bus a block away, or a 20 minute walk during summer.

We have a great view of Peak 8 from our house (and hot-tub). There is a creek right behind the house, which is fun to listen to during spring, summer and fall.
