Step out your front door and walk to Riverside Park, restaurants, coffeeshops, and bars, then hop in the car for a quick drive nine miles west to the beach. Kayak rentals and the Imperial River are minutes away by foot or bike.

Enjoy a quiet coffee on your patio in the large yard each morning, then take the family pup for a walk around the neighborhood. Inside the charming cottage, you’ll find a modern, fully updated space. New, stylish furnishings, an open layout, and lots of natural light make the space feel like home. The sleek, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of work space, and the whole gang can dine together at the window-front table. Spend the evening relaxing in the central AC while you watch a little TV. Call it a night in either elegant bedroom - another Bonita beach day awaits tomorrow.

Great place for us

We enjoyed our time here. Easy check in. Clean. Walkable to most locations in Bonita Springs. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Bonita springs VRBO first time

My first time VRBO and first time Bonita. Easy walking but appears run down area. Eateries were dog friendly and tasty. Access to beach impossible. Enjoyed the art show and the music at night. Home was immaculate inside. Outside not so much. Some kitchen stuff not clean but overall had everything I needed. Laundry smelled musty at first. Had to air out and had to pick up garbage from raccoons/cats

Birdsong Cottage

The inside of the home was great! Very clean! All appliances worked well. Shower was great! Beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer worked well also. The outside though, was unkempt. Table and chairs were dirty and couldn’t be used. There was a tree that kept shedding branches all over the table and patio. The main lock code to the front door never worked. No one ever came to fix it. We used the back door. Located in downtown Bonita Springs.

Modern cottage, walking distance to Downtown Bonita

The house has everything that we needed. Parking for both cars, well appointed kitchen and super clean and modern furnishings. Close to great attractions including coffee shops, craft cocktail bars and restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

Great vacation cottage walking distance to Downtown Bonita

This is our second stay here for work in the area. It’s great to come home to a well-appointed kitchen. This time we even used the grill. The house has everything we needed. There are coffee shops, bars and cafes within walking distance.

Contemporary Coastal

Stylish, well-equipped, impeccably clean. Loved the abundance of towels, including beach towels. Survey Cafe, in walking distance, was great. Kitchen has all the tools you might need, but NO food (such as sugar or oil) other than salt and pepper. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

No entertainment

Both tvs were disconnected from the internet both were reported to the property manager at least once a week was not fixed said the problem was reported. Luckily the internet so we watched on the iPad. Not so much fun for a 90 year old Also lost the trash fight with the raccoon. Would recommend a new trash can they can’t get in.
