Experience the best of Bonita Beach at our vacation rental home, just steps away from Bonita Beach access #3. Although the area is currently being rebuilt after Hurricane Ian, our fully intact and updated home offers a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The home is surrounded by natural mangrove forests and is right in between 2 bodies of water: the Gulf of Mexico and the Fish Trap Bay.

The Space:
Upon entering the home, you'll find a main hallway leading to the family room, kitchen, laundry room, and main bedroom. With cozy seating, lovely views, and a card/game table, the family room is a great place to unwind. The adjacent dining set for eight seamlessly connects to the well-appointed kitchen, complete with tall ceilings, a large center island, dual ovens, stainless steel appliances, and a glass cooktop. The laundry room provides convenience and also offers access to the ground level.

Retreat to the main bedroom, featuring a comfortable King bed, abundant natural light, and ample storage space. The spacious main bathroom boasts a pedestal sink, glass-enclosed shower, and a large frosted glass window that adds brightness to the space.

On the opposite side of the home, you'll find the second and third guest rooms, sharing a well-appointed full-sized bathroom. The second bedroom offers a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and cozy seating, while the third bedroom features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, ample storage, and a comfortable layout. The second bathroom offers a single vanity and a convenient shower and tub combination.

Situated in the heart of Bonita Beach, you'll have easy access to all the attractions, including pristine beaches, boat/jet ski rentals, delectable restaurants such as Doc's Beach house which reopened in Dec. 2023, charming ice cream shops, grocery stores, and more. Our stilt home welcomes you with ample parking and shaded outdoor space underneath, perfect for storing kayaks and paddle boards.

Please note that the home is accessible only by stairs, and there is no elevator available. Enjoy your stay in our vacation rental, where comfort, convenience, and the beauty of Bonita Beach await you.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
