The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s . The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored one bedroom suite on main floor features some original chestnut window trim, hardwood floors, locally-made Amish furniture, and beautiful views of historic downtown Berlin

A wonderful place to stay. Very, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the best towels I have had in a rental. The front porch and swing were very enjoyable. I definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay. It's clean and has everything that you could possibly want. We have stayed lots of times. It's right beside our favorite restaurant. Boyd&Wurthmann. It's in the heart of Berlin, so a person can walk to all the shops.

I cannot say enough good things about this space...our goal in celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary in Berlin was to fully relax. Walking up to the front porch with 2 rocking chairs set the perfect tone! This may have been the cleanest space we've stayed in. Beautifully decorated with everything we would need for our stay! A thoughtful welcome gift made us feel right at home. Communication with our hosts was great. A reserved parking space just for us was a nice surprise in a busy shopping area as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Home away from home, very cozy, loved the decor. Very convenient to everything you'd want to see in Amish country. The only thing to add is a shower/tub rail for safety. Hopefully we can visit again next year!
