Located in the vibrant Dundee neighborhood, our spotless townhome is walkable to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, and is just steps from the new Dundee Theatre, Lola’s cafe, and the famous Goldberg’s in Dundee.

Our central location (off Dodge) puts you just minutes from all things to do in beautiful Omaha.

THE SPACE
Three (very comfortable) bedrooms. 1 King 2 Queen beds. We have been told by several guests that our beds are the most comfortable beds they have slept in.

Fully stocked kitchen. We have been told that our kitchen supply is better than their own! Dining table set for six, perfect for conversation and memory making.

Living room with The Frame TV to stream all of your favorite shows.

Private backyard that is 100% fenced in with a 6 foot wooden fence!

There is parking available at the home. If you pull up close enough to the house, you may be able to park two vehicles. However, if you block the sidewalk, you may get ticketed.

Another great stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We stayed in the other side of the duplex a few months ago. Both properties are great-accurate pictures, great communication, clean, and safe area. Will definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this place. Everything we needed to relax and unwind after visiting with family

This place is so quaint , cute and clean. The beds were amazing and comfortable . Linens were amazing. Close to Dundee and ama ing place for families and people who love their fur babies. We will most definitely stay there again .

The location of the duplex is a bit more noisy/busy than expected. Lots of sirens going by (close in proximity to a hospital, I think?). The traffic at certain times made it a challenge to back out of the driveway. Check-in was a bit clunky, as the code didn't work. The host was quick to respond, thankfully. As with all old houses, there are some quirks with the property. For example, the bathroom (there's only one and it's upstairs) has a window in the tub covered by a clear shower curtain. Couple that with the main shower curtain and you are basically touching one of the curtains at all times during a shower. Odd, but not a deal breaker. The fully fenced backyard was great for our pups; however, the basement has no door, and our dog fell all the way down the basement stairs when getting excited/rambunctious to go outside (the back door is right next to the basement stairs). Thankfully, the fall didn't hurt our pup, but it nearly gave me a heart attack! We had to rig up a wall of random stuff to block the basement stairs. Overall, the duplex was fine for our short stay. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place and the support of the host when needed.

Family vacation in Omaha and this house was within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Great space, clean, fenced in backyard for the dog and nice location.

Cozy & Enjoyable

This cozy place was the perfect place to stay. It's adorable, has room to dine in and was very comfortable...from the couches to the beds at night. We enjoyed walking to Lola's restaurant and the coffee shop! Important to note, parking is limited, but if you are all coming in one or two vehicles, it won't be a problem. Also, it's note worthy to know the only bathroom is upstairs. This was not a problem for us, but harder for my mom who came to visit us while there. Overall, we recommend this place and would stay there again.

Cozy and Homelike feeling

I chose this house because of its Old home charm, it reminded me of my Great Grandmother and Great Aunt’s home from my childhood. I wasn’t disappointed one bit. House is nice and cozy, beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing we liked that it has a hand held option for the shower head. The pictures match the property. I traveled with my mother and sister and we enjoyed watching a movie in the living room together each night before going to bed. One draw back is that there’s only one bathroom in the home on the top floor, but I knew that going in and my 69 year old mother gets around like she’s in her 30’s. Few suggestions though, consider vacuuming the furniture, decorative pillow and inside the dressers the amount of pet hair that’s left behind from previous guests kept getting on our clothes, in our hair and in our food. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes very well, tried to run a clean cycle to remove all the buildup inside but that didn’t work might need to get it serviced. New blinds or curtains on front bedroom window the blinds are old and broken, I could see BP’s green sign and head lights from Dodge street all night. With that being said, We enjoyed the home and would book it again. We never had to contact the host because everything was in order, and laid out for us. We even walked a few blocks for dinner at Dundee Dells that she suggested and enjoyed it. The fish and chips are a must have. 🙂

Great Location

Our stay was wonderful! The house is in a great location, right off some of the main streets through Omaha. We were in walking distance to great restaurants, a coffee shop, and stores like CVS. We were just a short drive to other stores. It’s was only about a 6 minute drive to downtown and about 20 minutes from Eppley Airport. This worked well for us because we were there from out of state for my daughter’s wedding. We had do make several trips to the airport, drive people to hotels, go shopping for last minute things and drive to other towns outside of Omaha. The house itself was charming and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. At one point I had a question for the host and she responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Place with Walkable Sites

I came to visit my family in Omaha and show my partner around my hometown. We brought are dog along as well and she was very comfortable at the house and loved playing in the backyard. The house was very clean and nicely decorated! I liked we were able walk to restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and was close to the zoo. I would definitely stay again! It was easy to communicate with the host and stay was very enjoyable.

Comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The neighborhood was walkable and had lots of fun shops/restaurants. Although on a busy street, it is well insulated and not noisy once inside. It was also just a 10 min drive to several of the places we visited while on our trip. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the AC and ceiling fans. The linens all felt new and clean. The house was nicely decorated and not over done. The kitchen was open and organized well. Some of the dishes, silverware, and pans were put away dirty, but that could have been the previous guests. I would recommend more place settings however. There were only 4 of each item, so we had to do dishes frequently and it felt wasteful to run a half full dishwasher. There is only one bathroom upstairs, which was a little inconvenient and required extra time in the morning for all of us to shower and get ready. The shower needs to be unclogged and the bathroom floor wiped down, as it appears that previous guest may have had long, curly hair. Otherwise the house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again.

Quaint spot in great location

This was a perfect spot for the weekend I was in town… clean and comfortable. When you stay here, walk to Lola’s nearby for at least one meal. It was fabulous.

Being from Omaha, we were excited about the location, but the communication from Samantha was exceptional from the day we booked our stay. The house is well setup for families and very comfortable. Probably the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on in any rental.

Cute little home near Memorial Park

We were in town for a specific reason - the annual concert at Memorial Park. The house served our purposes well - it had cold air and comfy beds. The stairs to upstairs are STEEP! Just a warning for other families - we bring baby gates with us so wasn't a big deal for us. Samantha was great about communication. We will probably stay at this property again 😁
