Our party of five had a great 3 night stay. Enjoyed relaxing at the beach and at the beach club. The house was just as advertised, check in was smooth, communication great. It’s a beautiful community. Would love to come back sometime.

Excellent condo in the heart of Las Catalinas steps from the Beach Club. This property was an excellent choice for our family of five. Our only feedback is to say it would be nice to have some chairs on the balcony, otherwise it’s a well equipped unit.

Family Getaway

We recently stayed at this property during our family vacation. The property was clean, conveniently located to the beach, pool club, restaurants and shops, and very comfortable for the entire family to spread out. Best of all was the support we received from the Blue Zone team during our stay - they were very attentive and responded quickly to our inquiries.

Nice place in beautiful town of las catalinas.

We love the town of las catalinas. We stayed 4 night at this property. We had everything we needed. The place was clean and cute. Close to the beach club and a few minute walk from the beach.

Easy stay at beautiful Las Catalinas.

Unit needs a new refrigerator but besides that it was a comfortable, easy, and beautiful stay. The girls managing the unit were responsive and helpful.

Amazing property

The villa was absolutely stunning! I.t was clean and ready for us to stay since day one. I.t had all the towels and sheets we needed. The villa had a pool that was clean and the concierge guy Diego was amazing! He helped me with all my needs and answered all my questions and concerns. He was amazing and would recommend this place to anyone

Lovely Las Catalinas

Las Catalinas was a beautiful vacation!! The people were amazing, the things to do were plentiful, and architecture and landscape were amazing. Most beautiful beaches there in las catalinas! A few mechanical issues with house that were addressed very quickly. The house was perfect otherwise and very clean.

Great Las Catalinas location

We very much enjoyed our staying in Costa Rica, and in particular our location in los Catalinas. The villa was clean and centrally located. The peekaboo view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom balcony was very nice for morning coffee. The walk capability was the best part. We were just minutes from the beach, the Mercado, the numerous restaurants, etc. Staff, we’re all very friendly. We will definitely be back to Costa Rica!

Perfect home in Italy .. sorry Costa Rica :)

Loved the home in all aspects. Very convenient location walkable to everything…beach club, restaurants, grocery store. Had a nice ocean view from upstairs balcony which we used a lot to sit back and relax with tea. Very nicely designed home with plenty of room for my family of 5 people. Nice comfortable beds. Very clean house! Communication with the concierge was very good. Host came to greet us even when our flight arrived late and we reached after hours to Las Catalinas. Can’t wait to go back and rent exact same house!

Worst stay with a rental company. Check in was a nightmare. Communication about cooking services was terrible. They never informed me of charges and tried to charge me an extra $475 after. I disputed and they changed the invoice. Be careful when booking with them. Also Las Catalinas is a beautiful town, but you pay for it in resort fees.

Karrie thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay with us. We consider it is very important to write details regarding the check-in process. The check-in time is at 3pm and we always try our best to prepare and clean the property to give the option for an early arrival, as you came at 10am unfortunately it was not possible because there was a client departing at 10am that same day. We offered to walk around, go to the beach, or go to the restaurants in the meantime the property was ready. I am sorry if you were expecting something different. The condo was ready prior to 3pm. Regarding the $475 charge, it was not an extra. We made this charge because you requested maid service (breakfast, service, and cleaning daily), our concierge explained and notified you about the costs, and you agreed to have it. We coordinated the daily breakfast, bought the ingredients and you had it as requested, but we are still waiting for you to pay this amount. Our aim is to be transparent with our guests about any additional fees or charges. We are Premiere Hosts in vrbo and Super Hosts in other channels, that´s because we are committed with the guest experience, and we always try our best to assist with requests. If there is anything else you would like to discuss or if there is anything we can do to, please do not hesitate to contact our team directly. Pura Vida

The space we needed but needs updating

This 3 bedroom home had all the space we needed but is in dire need of updates. The fridge is crooked and the dishwasher fell out when we opened it. Dishes and glassware were mismatched. Small kitchen table with mismatched chairs. No outdoor furniture on balcony, front porch and in outdoor area. Surfaces are pretty beat up. Couldn’t find jet button for pool which was shabby and dirty.
