A modern villa 100 meters distance from the sea with beautiful sea views.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; accommodation is for up to 6 persons.
The accommodation is within walking distance of a succession of sandy beaches, including the large sand beaches of Plaka and Orkos. The villa is in a quiet location, well away from the main tourist areas.
The roof terrace is a perfect location for sunbathing, or for sunset drinks whilst the sun sets over the nearby island of Paros.

Tolle Lage, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Riet war sehr gut und angenehm. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist wirklich traumhaft, man hat sehr viel Platz, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit und kann sogar aufs Dach ausweichen und von dort aufs Meer schauen. In 3 Minuten ist man Fuß an einem kleinen Strand. Dafür 5 Sterne. Drinnen ist das Haus ok, man merkt, dass Küche und Bad schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Auf den Fotos ist lediglich das obere Schlafzimmer zu sehen, die beiden anderen Zimmer befinden sich im Souterrain. Beide Zimmer sind vollkommen ok, aber wenn man Zimmer mit Aussicht haben möchte, sind diese Räume nicht das richtige. Das war etwas Schade. Grundsätzlich lässt sich mit etwas Geld sicherlich hier und da etwas mehr Komfort in Küche und Bad bringen. Wir hatten dennoch eine tolle Zeit.

Paradise Found

We spent 3 nights at this villa and absolutely loved it. The view is stunning, outdoor sitting areas perfect and comfortable, the house well equipped and very clean. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Highly recommended

very nice home in marvellous place

The house is fantastic in a great island area, because is not too far form the city of naxos but is really wild with marvellous beaches very close. It is also clean and modern and with a marvellous terrace where you can see the sunset and take the dinner and the breakfasrt. I gave one star less just beacuse we don't find in the house some things like paper toilet, trash bags and similar, and the crib that we ask for the our 2 years daughter was broken. Last thing, pay attention to this island because is really windy. Anyway a great stay there

Wodderful villa in NAxos

Stayed for 9 days at this beutiful, moderns and luxurious villa in Orkos. The nice sandy beach just a short walk away is a big plus. The terrasse is functional and offers a breathtaking view of the sun setting over nearby Paros island. Everything in the villa was in perfect condition. The warm, friendly and competent service of the agency (Riet) made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended indeed.

September 15 at Naxos.

6 friends spent a week at this place in september 2015. Beautiful area ,- no trafic and a fantastic view over the sea. New and fresch house,- the AC works and the kitchen is well equiped. Best recommendation if you want a quiet holiday, sunshine all day long and nice beaches.

A beautiful and peaceful place.

We spent a week there in late summer, we were 3 couples and the house was just ideal. We loved the sitting area outside where we had our meals and the view was just breathtaking. We went for morning swims, lazy days at the beach and lovely walks. Visited lovely restaurants and intresting sightseeing. This place had everything you could wish for and we would love to return.

Very comfortable villa with breathtaking view

Enjoyed a great stay in august 2015 in this wonderful villa very well situated in a calm part of the island just a few minutes away from beatiful beaches! Great contact with the manager. Can't wait to go back!

This home is located on a quiet hillside looking over Orkos beach. A few steps to the beach just 100m down the hill. Orkos is the next bay around from Mikri Vigla which is a popular spot for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Here there are restaurants and small supermarkets a bakery etc. Vivlos is a short drive away where there is a pharmacy. It is 15 minute drive to town and the port. Orkos is a beautiful beach with serviced and pristine areas. Quieter than he town beaches. The home is functional and has fabulous outdoor dining areas with panoramic sea views all the way to Prokopios.
