Stor Beach House på bra läge!

The Rushings inbjuder dig att njuta av en spännande Florida-semester i vårt Beach House på ön Anastasia, i tyst Surf Crest Village.
Huset ligger intill poolen och i mitten av havet komplex av enskilda och två våningar. Det finns ett pittoreskt täckt lusthus ovanför sanddynerna för din njutning, med privat tillgång till en orolig vit sandstrand.
VARNING: Om du kommer en gång kommer du att vara ansluten !!!!
Vi är fem miles söder om historiska St. Augustin, tio mil norr
av Marineland, en och en halv timme från Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center och många andra underbara attraktioner. World Golf Village och Outlet Shopping Malls ligger bara några minuter bort.
Detta är ett rökfritt och husfritt strandhus !!!

Beautiful rental & amazing location!!

What a wonderful rental! Easy access to the property, parking was extremely convenient, very clean and a short walk to the beach. It was perfection! Would definitely stay here again!

Surf Crest Village

Stayed at Surf Crest Village for the month of March. Nice place. Very close to the beach. Also walking distance to several nice restaurants.

Lovely beach cottage

The nicest experience. Kitchen had everything you could need for an extended stay, linens were high quality, beds were plush.Short walk to the ocean, try the mini golf nearby it was loads of fun. Great owners, we will definitely stay here again. A little gem on Anastasia Island.Best VRBO experience yet.

Wonderful place in a great location

Beach is just a short walk, pool is right on the property, grocery store nearby and a short ride into the historic district. The house is as advertised and the kitchen has just about anything you wound need. Property enough to the things you might want to do but away from the crowds. Lots of restaurants are very close as well. We enjoyed our stay

Great location, had everything we needed

Our family of 4 enjoyed our trip to St. Augustine Beach immensely. This cottage was perfect for us- we had a short walk to a very private beach and when we didn’t want to go out to the sand- the neighborhood pool was right there and a perfect option for little kid swimming between naptime and dinner time. :) the home was well stocked and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were a few boards in the floor that felt a bit shaky- so may need to have a some repairs done- but overall the house seemed well maintained and was very clean and comfortable for our family. AC worked well and we had control over the settings which was nice. There were a few dishwasher pods and laundry detergent sheets available so we didn’t have to buy a big package to run just a few loads- it’s the little things- but we felt well cared for and would definitely book here again.

Clean & Quiet w/ short walk to the beach. Perfect.

This house was just what we needed for our short stay in St Augustine. Very clean and in a quiet private neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs but didn’t “hover” which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property.
