Fantastic location for families who want to stay very close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Communication with the host was excellent and we were able to be accommodated for an early check in so not to interfere with CDP check in time. There was no difficulty with finding parking on the street. Had a fantastic week!

It was a great play to stay. Clean and cozy!

Apple tree Apt 2 was a great play to stay. The owners had great communication with us before and during our stay. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. It is extremely close to Dreams Park, which made it easy to go back-and-forth between games. I highly recommend it and would stay here again. There is no laundry in the apartment, but there are laundromats in Cooperstown and Oneota.

Nice place

We had a nice stay. Don’t expect modern amenities, but it was a good place to spend the week close to Dreamspark. Don’t be surprised the floor is tilted!

Cute and Lovely

I was really impressed by this charming property. Even though it is on the small side, the apartment is a great place for someone or a couple to stay. This is a great location. One of the best features of this rental property is the peacefulness sounderings. Honestly, this was my favorite thing about staying here.

Cooperstown dream park

Super convenient to dreams park. The host met me off site and navigated me around the barricades in place caused by the terrible fire the night before in the town. Super easy comminication

Great little spot!!

The hosts were amazing with providing us with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is perfect for all your needs. Pictures dont show how spacious the rooms are. Charcoal BBQ only which can be time consuming to cook with. Really close to Dreams Park. Bit further to ASV but a nice drive. Thank you for a lovely week.

Cooperstown stay

We had a great experience at this location! So close to Cooperstown. The apartment had all the amenities needed including a tiny cooler to use at the fields. Loved the upstairs patio for coffee in the AM And a drink in the evening!! It does get REALLY light, really early so I recommend an eye mask if you are a light sleeper. The windows do not keep out the early sun!!! Would definitely come back!!

Fantastic stay and trip to dreams park

The Apple tree apartment was the perfect place to stay. We loved it. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. We loved the old farmhouse theme. Anne Marie the host was so nice and ment us when we got there. She gave our son baseball themed gifts and even a pack of baseball cards. She had the apartment equipped with everything we needed for the week.It really was perfect. We have recommended it to several of our friends that will be coming to dreams park with their boys. Thank you for a perfect week.
