We had the best time staying in Milford for my son's baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location is the absolute best. The view was beautiful and the house fit 5 of us comfortably! The host Darlene went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her. Would definitely recommend for future Cooperstown Dreams Park families. Only wish we had time to go fishing in the pond, but baseball kept us busy.

Our visit was great, couldn’t be more convenient for Dreams Park! The house/property was very relaxing and provided a perfect home base for us during tournament week. The hosts were fantastic and super accommodating, highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our Cooperstown Dreams Park trip. Property was great for our family and the location is one minute from the park. Relaxing back deck with view. Very communicative and friendly host. Definitely would recommend for any CDP trip and would stay here again. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a great week at this house! If your kid is playing at Dreams Park it is the place to stay!! It is 2 minutes from the park and about 15 minutes from the hall of fame in Cooperstown. The host was responsive and great to work with!!

Our hosts Darlene and Rick were so great, they made our experience to Dreams Park with our son so memorable. The proximity to the ball fields made it easy to go back and forth for our family.

Property was great, especially for a family. The pond with the fishing boat was super fun, my boys loved looking for frogs at night. If we had more time, we would’ve loved to fish in the pond as they did see them when we were out on the boat. Host was great to communicate with overall a super easy process and a good way to start our Cooperstown trip.

Perfect in every way

Cooperstown was a memorable trip but what made it the best was staying at home with our host. The home was perfect. We always wanted to go explore the surrounding villages but the boys always wanted to return to play at the house. Thank you for the great memories!

Great House 1 Minute From Dreams Park!

If you are looking for a nice house with great views and want to be close to Dreams Park, this is the place to stay. We had two families staying at this house and it was perfect. It is literally 1 minute from Dreams Park which made it super convenient to go back and forth to the park and for other places such as the local grocery store, local restaurants, and downtown Cooperstown. Darlene, the owner, was fantastic to work with. You won't regret staying here if you need a place to stay for one of the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournaments!

Perfect home close to Cooperstown Dreams Park

We stayed at Grandpa's Back 40 for thr first week of 2012 Cooperstown baseball. The home is perfect. It's close to the baseball field, has everything you might need for a home away from home, and has been lovingly cared for by Darlene and her family. We'll absolutely stay here again if we make it back to Cooperstown!

Cooperstown Baseball

We stayed the week of August 6th as our son was playing at Dreams Park. Being 2 minutes away from the park was huge especially with 2 long rain delays. The large fishing pond in the back was amazing and our son spent hours back there! We are so happy with our stay and can't recommend it enough!

Must Stay for Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

Darlene and Rick are awesome! The view off the back patio is better then any picture! 2min from the ball fields. When my 10yr old has a chance to play in Cooperstown, we will stay there again!

Home away from home!

I miss it already! Thank you for renting your home to us last week. This home is very spacious and warm and welcoming. It made our trip to Cooperstown that much more memorable. The location made it very convenient to get to the ball fields quick while getting a family of 5 ready for those early games. :-) Looking forward to staying here again.
