Welcome to Port A Ponderosa! Under new ownership, this stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a private pool, is close to the beach and downtown Port A - plus has great amenities, making it the perfect home for your next vacation!
The homeâs main living space hosts an open kitchen and living room with plenty of natural light shining through the oversized windows. The kitchen has premium appliances and granite countertops. It features all the equipment youâll need to prepare gourmet meals. Share a meal together around the dining table that seats 10 guests, with additional seating for four guests at the large kitchen island. Enjoy comfortable seating in the living room and watch your favorite TV shows with your loved ones on the flat-screen TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
You and your guests are sure to spend plenty of time outdoors at Port A Ponderosa! The porch is amazing and has comfortable outdoor furniture, outdoor dining and lounge chairs. Grill your fresh catch of the day and watch as the kids splash and play in the pool! The pool has a pool heater for winter and a pool chiller for summer, with an additional cost of $100.00 per day.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent is another guest room with a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The last is a bunk room featuring a twin-over-full-size bunk and flat-screen TV. A full shared bathroom with a shower is nearby.
