The home was beautiful and spacious as expected! We did have a wonderful time. However we had problems all week with the hot water and it was finally fixed the second to last day. The other issue was upon arrival we learned that the home next door was under heavy construction. This was all day from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Knowing that the intention was to enjoy the outdoors the noise was a nuisance. If we had been made aware prior to our stay we would have likely have made other, less noisy arrangements.

overall a great property.great privacy and a perfect location near the marina. The pictures do not do the house justice. Watch turtles swimming from your dock!Had a few issues that mgmt company took care of within 30minutes.Cons - AC Cost for the week was insane, No kayaks/paddleboard so thats another added cost to rent. Very little shade at the pool.

Amazing property close to blue haven marina. We loved the amenities the house offered as we enjoy cooking. The pool was beautiful. Do use caution when entering the the house from the pool as the tile can get slippery. This does not change our feeling about the property.Wonderful place to stay!

Place was clean, pictures don't do it justice, it was nicer than the pics. Host was late, pool had leaves in it. Price for A/C was out of this world even with turning it off during the day

This property is beautiful and very well taken care of. Communication with the host was easy and efficient, Ronald was very responsive and helpful. It’s located by the canal but we rented a car so moving around the island was easy , Pelican beach is very close and it’s beautiful. Grace Bay beach and shopping center is just few minutes away and we went almost every day because is the most beautiful beach ever . The only thing that we didn’t like is the extra money for the electricity , I rather pay a little more in nightly rate than to be worried about how much money I’ll have to pay for electricity. Still worthy though!

The villa was clean, comfortable, stocked, and in a wonderful and safe location. Our family enjoyed the pool and being picked up by boat from the private dock. We thoroughly loved our time on the island!

Excellent stay

Loved our stay at villa vivace ..location great , enjoyed the turtles , kayaking and drinking coffee on the dock. Accommodations very spacious for three couples in their 50’s. Def would return

This property was absolutely amazing! We had 3 adult couples and everyone had their own space. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed the private pool and canal. Don’t let the additional AC fee make you nervous, for 6 days our bill was under 150, we mainly ran the AC in the evenings and overnight as we were out and about during the day. We felt very safe here and Ron was a tremendous help in getting acclimated to the area. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

Our group of six adults had an amazing time exploring the island with this as our home base. Pool, house and property is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfasts, a couple of dinners and snacks/drinks.

Lovely place in great location, has everything you need!

Great stay, house is clean, well fitted/stocked, pool is lovely, area is quiet, communication/organization with host was great. The house is larger than it appears in photos, very spacious and beautiful outdoor space.

Fabulous stay in Turks!

Great house with lots of space, in a fabulous location. House manager was super helpful setting up excursions when requested. We rented kayaks a couple days which was a great way to explore beaches that are hidden away with no people! Definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful & clean. It was also very modern & comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool & the atmosphere was great!
