Fantastic rental. Very walkable to downtown Sister Bay. Great quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs through. Loved the front patio area with fire pit. Very well appointed and outfitted. Would highly recommend.

This was the best equipped rental we’ve ever had! We brought all our own supplies, but everything was there that you could need. Annalise was very responsive to any questions we had and got back to us right away. The location was great, it was so nice being able to walk to go out to eat, go shopping, etc. We loved and appreciated that it was pet friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. We could all be together inside and outside. We loved being able to walk to the Lake and all around. They truly are pet friendly. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect place in Sister Bay to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants and enjoy Door County. The house was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfy, made it so easy to relax.

Such a great location to town for fall fest. This was our third time staying at this house and we have loved each year we spent. We love the king mattress, currently trying to order one :)

Great Location and Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved that the house is walkable to everything in Sister Bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds very comfortable and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog as well.

Thanksgiving Visit

Hillside Hideaway is a well stocked cozy home. We enjoyed the area and family time for the holiday. Very cute neighborhood and area!

So close to everything in Door County. Loved that we could walk to town (and the dog park) in SisterBay. Beds were super comfortable.

Perfect location!

The house is a reasonable drive to anything on the Peninsula you might want to see either North or South, and an easy walk to Sister Bay shops and restaurants. Yet it feels tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of space and privacy. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

Loved your home, had everything we needed! Location to town is excellent, we walked into town several times a day. Leaving a pots crib and high chair for us was so thoughtful and useful!

Annual Family Vacation

This year we chose Hillside Hideaway for our week in Door County and what a great choice it was! Your house was clean, beautiful, well-stocked and comfortable for 5 adults and a dog! Enjoyed the walkability into Sister Bay and great communication with Annaliese!!

Spacious family home base with great views

Very great jumping off point for a fun visit to door county. Walkable to Sister Bay main downtown and beach. Clean place, great amenities for a baby/kids, and lovely views. Highly recommend if you can afford since it is pricey.

Clean, comfy, quiet, and great location

Very nice home with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Good showers, soft towels, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Lovely wooded area walking distance to Sister Bay’s main street. But far enough away from all the hubbub!

The property was in excellent condition and just as the pictures showed. Plenty of space for 5 of us plus a dog. The home was well stocked with soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. We loved how convenient it was to the marina and the downtown area. Easy to walk to happy coffee (our favorite) and other restaurants. We would stay in this exact home again and in Sister Bay. Also close to tennis/pickleball courts and easy to run long in the area. Thanks for the stay! We will be back!Additional comments for Door County stops: Osteria Tre Tassi is top of our list for dinner. We loved Good Eggs - amazing breakfast burritos. DC Chocolate was a great recommendation from friends. Dog Beach - Whitefish Bay State Park. Cave Tour kayaking around Cave Point. And the ice cream was a toss up between WIlson's (in Ephraim) and Ice Cream Factory (in Sister Bay just past Waterfront - also a good spot for dinner). We liked happy coffee the best but also tried Sip and Blue Horse Beach Cafe.
