We had a great stay as a family of 5. The walk to the beach was the perfect distance and the use of the beach chairs and beach stroller/wagon was a great perk. We cooked most of our meals at the unit but walked to ice cream one night which again was a great distance for an after dinner walk. The unit was very clean and the host was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is everything

Family of 4 with two kids under the age of 4 this condo proved to be a great option for us. The condo is a short walk from the beach which was great for getting our family to and from the beach easily. The area was quiet and has access to a nice pool that we enjoyed aswell. The condo was staged well and provided useful amenities to make the stay easy. Overall it was a pleasant stay and were very happy with our stay.

Exceptional Getaway

This property was exceptionally clean, cold, and convenient. Having access to all that St. Augustine has to offer, this property is a fabulous way to rewind and relax. Communication with the property management was seamless and fast. Check-in and check-out was super user friendly and very easy to follow. Parking was no problem at all and the area was very quiet. Family Getaway/Wedding

We stayed here a little under a week to extend a long weekend for a family wedding at the beach. We are so glad we found this condo! Much more affordable, and arguably more comfortable than the fancy hotel we attended the wedding at. It had everything we needed, and it felt so well thought-out. Very clean. Close to lots of good food/drinks and beaches. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the condo. 5 min walk to the beach, less than 10 min walk to several restaurants and ice cream, close to historic downtown, shopping, etc. It was clean and had the essentials. The decor was beautiful, parking plentiful. No bugs! Showers drained properly (huge pet peeve of mine when they don’t), air was cold. Only constructive criticism I have is I wish the toilet paper and paper towels were of better quality. This is a minor thing and was really not a problem. We did run out of TP but I think it’s standard to just get a starter supply and not necessarily enough for your entire trip. There was some minor squeaking of the floorboards from our upstairs neighbor, not constant and not a big deal. My daughter’s feedback on the pullout couch was that it wasn’t super comfortable. They only stayed one night, so if you have little kids or an occasional overnight guest it’s totally fine. Check in and out was super easy and the host was very communicative. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice spot close to everything

Condo was clean and comfortable with a fully furnished kitchen and plenty Of cups dishes etc. had beach chairs, a cooler, washer and dryer in unit. The condo is first Floor in a family friendly complex with a pool and is two blocks from the beach. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area. Also communication with the owner was great. Had a couple of logistics issues and they were very quick to respond.

Great!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and bright. The kitchen had new appliances and was equipped with everything that we needed to cook a meal. The master bedroom had the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I actually planned to check the brand of the mattress but I forgot. The place is quiet, there’s ample parking and is just a short walk to the beach.
