Welcome to Anastasia Lodge!

Tucked away in a peaceful beachside neighborhood just steps from the ocean, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath Florida cottage offers over 1,790 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room to unwind. With a split bedroom layout, you'll enjoy added privacy. Anastasia Lodge features Wi-Fi and cable, with a large flat-screen TV in the living room and TVs in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for making breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after exploring the Nation's oldest city. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids or a furry friend (up to 45 lbs, $200 pet fee) to play, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet. Off-street parking is also available in the driveway.

Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* $200 If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap

Second Stay at this property. Great place.

Great location, perfect yard for pets. Plenty of room for everyone. 2 1/2 bathrooms is a plus. Very clean and yard kept up during stay. Highly recommend.

Great location

This house is in a great location. Excellent backyard for the dog. Stayed here in June and everything was wonderful but since then the shower in the main bathroom isn’t working well. Both bathrooms need updating and the toilet runs and the faucet drips. Other than that great stay. Just update the bathrooms.

An Enjoyable Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard was perfect for my 2 littles to run and play. It was spacious enough for us to spread out after a long day to relax and a very close walk to the beach. There were a few lizards/bugs in the house but it wasn’t too big of a deal - it’s Florida after all.

Summer beach trip with the dogs.

Large well appointed home with a great fenced in yard for the dogs. Close to the beach and the local restaurants/bars. Ice cream options everywhere.

Roomy house. Great yard. Location is perfect.

The house has 2 good size bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Washer/Dryer area off the bedroom. Plenty of table seating area in the dining area off the living room and in the large kitchen. The backyard was perfect..lots of shade trees, plenty of outdoor seating. 3 min walk to the beach area..Location is close to everything. Only negative thing I would say is the house needs some plumbing work done. New bathroom sink and tub faucets and toilets. The faucets are older and do not want to work correctly. We did have an issue with a toilet and the owner came himself to repair it and asked us to send him a list of things we had issues with so he would be able to work on them. If the faucets and toilets were replaced, we would have given a perfect rating. Other thing is that the one bedroom closet was full of personal stuff and had no hanging room in it for our stuff. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine.

A great location, tucked away on a quiet street, short walk to everything.

What a great little spot. A short walk to the nearest beach access (beside the Embassy Suites on the State Park side), and an easy walk down the beach to all sorts of dining and drinking options. The dogs loved the fenced in yard, and basking in the sun. No complaints about our stay, and will keep this property on our short list if we opt to return to St Augustine.

Perfect Location

This was our 2nd time renting the house. We love how comfortable and clean it is, and it’s equipped with everything we need. The location is great, we walked on the beach every day and also could walk to several good restaurants and a little store. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location and clean!

House is in a fantastic location. A very quiet neighborhood in the middle of everything, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The house is a little dated but it was so clean that more then made up for it. The property manager was easy to deal with and was really fast to respond to any questions. The huge fenced in yard was great for our dog. We would definitely stay here again especially if traveling with our dog.

Good neighborhood. Quiet. Really close access to the beach and the pier less than 10 minute walk. Very clean place inside. Outdoor lighting needs a little work on one side. Wished that there was an outdoor grill. But enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends.

Cute house, great location

The house was really cute and clean inside. Great location. Short walk to beach and many stores and places to eat. It would have been nice to sit outside, but all the lawn furniture was very dirty and stained. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs because the ones provided had been left outside and were dirty & rusty. The air conditioning could not be set below 70 degrees and was set on a timer to go back up to 75 degrees. We spent the whole week setting it back to 70. After spending all day at the beach and sightseeing, it would have been nice to come home to it being cold inside. All the complaints aside, it is a roomy, nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful property

My family of 3 plus our dog stayed at this rental property for a few days for Memorial Day weekend. This home is very comfortable, clean and the location is perfect. A very short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops and a short drive to the historic district and grocery store. So close to everything but is also in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and the yard was perfectly secured and fully shaded for her to roam. The kitchen is stocked with so many dishes, pots and utensils and just about everything you’ll need to prepare food. There are no spices at all not even salt and pepper so you’ll need to prepare for that, but Publix is a short 5 minute drive. The beds are very comfortable, but they are both queen size beds. Would have been nice if at least one bed was king size. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. We experienced disappointing aspects of the property including broken ice machine, fan above the stove did not work, light in the microwave did not work, floors were absolutely filthy, dust and debris would fall from the heat exchanges, heat exchange grills are gross, no outside grill available. Additionally, one of the beds caves in the middle and new pillows are needed. I sent an email and pictures about the floors to Endless Summer and didn’t hear a peep. We had to rewash the dishes before using them. In general, we left it cleaner than we found it and WEhad to pay a cleaning fee. This is our 7th rental through VRBO and the only poor experience. It’s too bad since it’s such a good location.
