FAMILY FRIENDLY! Our lovely Historical Home will warm your heart while boasting all the modern touches you love and need! Built in 1907, this "Harry & Hattie Stone House" is a stunning Craftsman located in the heart of Bankers Hill/Mission Hills with freeway access nearby. Beautifully remodeled for modern living yet still filled with vintage charm, warmth, and tons of character, and plenty of parking!

▪️ Our spacious bedrooms, vintage items, and modern upgrades are sure to make your stay comfortable.
▪️ 1 King-bed, 2 Queen-beds, and 2 Twin Trundle beds

🍽️ FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING
▪️ Our lovely kitchen is equipped with a top-tier Viking range, Stainless Steel appliances, a wine rack, and is fully stocked with everything you need, including baking tins, spaghetti maker, and much more!

🌅 OUTDOOR BLISS
▪️ Out back, pluck herbs from our herb garden, grab a few limes off the tree for your mojitos, grill your favorite meals, and relax by our large fire-pit!

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ You can park 2 vehicles abreast in our driveway, but please do not restrict our neighbors from accessing their garage way.

🐾 PET POLICY
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome! $10 per pet, per night for stays up to 7 days (ask about our long stay discounts). We love pets, but please keep them off the beds and comforters. An extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas or if towels, bedding, carpets, etc., are stained/chewed up.

▪️ Need a rental car? Choose from our lovely fleet of rental vehicles and save the hassle of the rental agencies.

🛡️ SECURITY & SAFETY
▪️ Outdoor security cameras are for guests' safety and the host's peace of mind. Tampering with the security system in any fashion will not be tolerated and incurs fees.

🏠 LISTING ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage, which is off-limits.

📞 LISTING INTERACTION
▪️ We live down the street and check on our properties regularly. Anything you need, just let us know!

📝 IMPORTANT
▪️ The 4th bedroom has a half bathroom, and 2 twin beds in a trundle bed (as pictured).
▪️ The house is over 100 years old, and there may be some natural floor creaking, which comes with the territory.😊
▪️ This is a family home and neighborhood. We expect our guests to be conscientious human beings and follow the house rules. Unruly behavior or breaking noise curfews can get us banned from the city of San Diego.
▪️ Feel free to use our Pack-n-Play travel crib, high-chair, nursing rocker, toys, games, and infant tub, but please note, we will charge a $40 cleaning fee if they are left or put away extremely dirty.

USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
