Det finns gott om fiske, vandring, bad, naturstigar, jaktområden och friluftsliv på alla tider av året. Våren tar fram vilda djur och sommaren har allt. September och oktober får vackra höstlövverk. I december börjar lokala skidområden öppna stigar som fortsätter fram till mars. 20 minuter till Promised Land State Park, 10 minuter till Ceasars Cove Haven. Det finns många antikvitetsaffärer att utforska och området erbjuder allt du kan önska dig i en avslappnad sjöatmosfär. Det finns shopping, restauranger, fiske, bad, ridning, golf och mycket mer. Better Than We Hoped For!

We recently had an amazing stay at this property, and we can’t recommend it enough! Everything was accurately advertised, and the house was simply fantastic. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had, making the whole process seamless. Bringing our Jet Ski and kayaks made it that much more fun and easily accessible, and the dock was perfect for all our water activities. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing us to explore and unwind. We can’t wait to come back again!

Relaxing Summer Vacation

Magnificent House

We’ve been renting in Lake Wallenpaupack for 20 years and have stayed at some beautiful homes. This house was the best! The location is perfect and you can see sunrise and sunsets from the dock. We paddle boarded around the cove and island every day. The steps and dock were very safe. The house was big enough for our family of 5 to spread out. It was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needs to make dinners. We spent time in the spacious living room on hot nights for game night and on the enclosed deck on cool nights. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Tom!

Family vacation

Cute cabin home. Loved the antiques. Great communication with owner. Had 2 family members over 70 and could have used a hand rail on all the steps to the lake. Our weather didn’t cooperate but still had a good time.

Week on the lake

The property was very clean and well cared for. We enjoyed being right on the lake and using the dock. Lots of space and room for our family. The kids loved the decor and had contests counting some of the themed items throughout the house. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Best vacation ever!

We loved staying here. It was me, my husband, my in-laws, 4 children (ages 1, 3, 5, and 8) and our dog. Everyone had an amazing time. There was plenty of space and the lake was perfect. The bank is not muddy, the dock is huge and there is plenty of shallow water for little ones to play. At the end of the dock it is deep enough for the big kids to play and jump in without hitting the bottom. Everyone had fun exploring the lake and relaxing.

Lovely lake home!

My wife, sister, and brother-in-law had opportunity to enjoy this lovely lake home. The well-appointed rustic décor, the view of the lake and surrounding woods, and the ease of access to our boat made our experience both relaxing and memorable!

My inlaws built the cabin by hand in 1960. My wife and I maintained the cabin for many years and we purchased it from the estate in 2013. So, it is still the family cabin with alot of great memories
