This little cottage is nestled in a beautiful location. When coming up on the home you almost don't see it until the yard!!!!! Wow!!!!My boxer fur babies loved the yard!!!!! And the dragonflies,but did not like the wasps to much (it's to be expected when you are that far out in the country)! Considering renting again and again!!!! Plus my two boys and my husband enjoyed the pool table and the space of the little cottage was just enough for us and the doggos! I enjoyed the peace and quiet and location the neighborhood is amazing would definitely be back!!!

Best thing was the air conditioner was cold, other than that, it was mostly clean (grease on wall by the stove and the stove was needing a good scrubbing). The ceiling fan in the "game room" has one speed, (no matter what button you press) low. We paid for an extra person, who ended up not joining us, so we had to eat the 75 bucks even though I let the host know there would be no extra person. All in all, if you are just wanting a place to lay your head then it will be fine, but for the money, I will pass next time.

Perfect for us!

This property was a perfect place for us to stay while we were visiting friends. Plenty of room for the whole family. We will most likely look for this listing when we visit them next.

Location, location, location

We were very pleased by our stay and the accommodations. The location was perfect for our marathon canoe training (even if the weather was more Michigan than Texas). Dollar General is just down the road for quick supplies, including bottled water.

Graduation Celebration

Leo was a great hosts and very accommodating! All we really did was sleep here but it was comfortable. The festivities were held at our family’s beach house.

Greatest host

Our family was in an RV on the beach and their refrigerator quit. Host allowed our family to use the refrigerator a day before our checkin. Loved seeing kindness and generosity from him. Thank you again.
